We enjoyed our meal. Very tasty. Good quality and large portions. Our hibachi chef Joseph was great! Very entertaining and funny. Only reason for the 4 stars is the staffing shortage left us waiting almost 2 hours before being served. A bar with no bartender to even order a drink while we waited.

I ordered medium prepared hibachi steak. My steak tasted downright spoiled. I spent $107 between me and my girlfriend. I only ate the veggies and rice. My girlfriend said it was possibly because I ordered medium. She said to go home and reheat and see if it tastes better. It didn’t. Still tasted spoiled. I’m very upset. A lot of money spent to only eat veggies. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Went for lunch. Had Hibachi on the restaurant side served to us. The food was cold which is unappetizing for me and not very flavorful as in past visits. No one greeted us and I hunted down someone who turned out to be our server, Anderson, who was good.

Honestly I thought the food was average. The cook was entertaining and we gave him a tip on the side to show our appreciation. When the bill came, we informed the manager we already gave cook a tip, but the manager insisted to add an additional tip because he said the restaurant pays the cook a certain amount for each time he cooks and it was costing them money if we didn’t add an additional tip. I was surprised he mentioned this and thought it was tacky on his part. So in the end we gave two tips and to top it off, the food was already overpriced. Also I do not recommend the churrasco steak because it honestly tasted like liver and NOTHING like churrasco steak. I give this place 3 stars only because the cook was entertaining otherwise I would have given it 2 Stars. Very overpriced for what you get. I will not go back to this place and when I go out for Japanese in the future, I will go to another Japanese restaurant.

The Hostess at this particular location was very rude she skip over our party to seat another party of the same size we ended up waiting for a hour and then she seated us in a hot room and on top of it all she was very very rude for that reason I will never eat at this particular saito’s AGAIN!
