I was not pleased at all by this meal. The best part of the meal was the tableside salad. That is why I gave it 2 starts because I will dream about that yummy parmesan peppercorn ranch dressing.

Been here a few times it was good. Tonight’s service was absolutely horrible service here. This is a picture of a Ribeye I had and there was so much fat on this, no flavor at all. The waitress Angela was so slow. Took us almost 20 mins just for the salad to arrive. Had to ask for water multiple times and bread. Very disappointed!

Excellent! Ordered the drunken Sirloin – medium and it was cooked perfectly. Can honestly say this was one of the best steaks I have ever had. Will definitely be back along with telling and bringing friends. Highly recommend. Very classy atmosphere! Obvious that owner has taken great pride along with putting serious thought and effort into decor along with training and setting high expectations for customer satisfaction.

I started with the Calamari for an appetizer, which was lightly breaded and coated with a very tasty/sweet sauce. I enjoyed the Double Bone Pork Chop, which was thick and tender and seasoned nicely. The Cheesy Spinach was a real treat along with some Asparagus spears. I was so surprised to be served tasty New England pop overs for bread with two different butter spreads which were very tasty . Salad is prepared table side to your liking. I enjoyed this meal and would not hesitate to come back. There are many Steak choices on the menu. Service was very good, handicap accessible, and plenty of parking in front of the restaurant.

Prime Serious Steak definitely does not disappoint. We were seated and waited on immediately. Casey our server was outstanding and very attentive. The drinks were fantastic- strawberry martini and smoked bourbon complete in a smoked glass. Everything from the popovers with butter, salad and main entrees were made to perfection. There is even an option the order custom steaks over 16oz from the butchers window!

My wife and I just ate there for the 3rd time since they opened and everything was great! The salad was crisp, pop over rolls were fantastic, and our steak & shrimp was excellent! We had two excellent servers in the bar area, Chuck & Rachel. We sat in the bar area so I could keep up with the games, ha. They also make excellent drinks, not watered down like a lot of places. We had to splurge and tried the 7 layer chocolate cake , it was very moist and tasted great.

Good dining experience and not too stuffy. My son, Tyler, is a server here but my reputation is to always give honest reviews regardless of other factors. He brings home dinners regularly so I have the pleasure of enjoying Prime more than others. The steaks are the highest quality and always seasoned and cooked perfectly. The dinners are served with salad prepared table side, fresh popovers and a side dish. The wine selection is impressive. When you visit Prime, ask for Tyler. He is a great server! Update July 2017. – I originally wrote the review a few months ago. Unfortunately at this time the manager rarely gives him shifts so he may not be there when you visit. I will update again if that changes.

I just went there for the first time this past weekend with some of my friends. It was an amazing experience! We had to wait about 45 minutes, but that was fine as we had some drinks and relaxed outside. Our server was Shawn, and he was fantastic! He timed everything to accommodate us, and was very attentive, we never had to wait for anything. He’s probably one of the best servers I’ve ever had. The food was great as well, and so much bang for your buck. I ended up walking out for 36 bucks,which included a delicious sirloin, garlic parmesan mashed potatoes, a salad, a few beers, and these awesome popovers with cinnamon butter. I definitely will be going back!
