Today, August 7, 2022. I ordered 2 half fried, black pepper chicken and the black angus steak which I had to pay $1.60 more for. Also, I ordered the spring rolls and they were cold. My 2 orders of cheese Rangoon wasn’t just cold but hard and very crispy like it had been sitting out for a while. I’m very disappointed with my order. Also, the black pepper steak I paid extra for was only 3 or 4 piece’s of meat the rest were vegetables. that’s it. They added so many mushrooms and a dark green vegetable to it that makes it seem like you have steak but you don’t. I took pictures so you can see exactly what I receive. However, I didn’t realize it until I started looking for my meat otherwise I would have ask for a refund just like asked for cheese Rangoon. Plus, I called and talk to the young lady there and told her to put light soy sauce in my fried rice because I didn’t want it white but as you can see from my pictures she didn’t do it. I will not be ordering from them again. Celebrating Birthday was very disappointing with Panda Express. However, I would like to say that I did call but the manager wasn’t there and I talked to Blessing ( young lady) she offered to give me another order but I stated no thanks and she was sorry. I give her 10 Stars for customer service.

Restaurant has no ice at all. But instead of telling people… they let you pay for your food and you have to find out on your own. I made them refund my money! Headed to McDonald’s. Bet they have ice!!!!

My husband stopped here the other night because our power was out (wind storm) and bought $50+ worth of food. They placed it all in a box and when he came home, the bottom fell out and it landed on the sidewalk. I have to say, they get 5 stars for replacing the entire meal without any issues. I do have some complaints about the food, however. There were three different main course dishes. Shrimp, beef and chicken. The chicken dish had such a weird smell, I couldn’t bare to eat it. The beef was “ok” and the shrimp was delicious. The rice, both the white and the fried, may as well have been raw. Also, I get that the cost of ingredients have gone up but the meat was so sparingly in these meals, it was a shame. Also, there were so many red peppers (the sweet ones) in each dish, just to make up for the lack of meat, I think. And why add a few mini stalks of broccoli if you’re going to add so few?? The chicken smell stayed in the house all night and the next day. It was gross. I did enjoy the shrimp though. And, the customer service was spot on.

The food taste good it was hot, but I ask for and orange fanta. they gave it to me then told me to pull around an wait on my food. That’s what I did. I go to taste the drink straight accessor water is what I got. I asked the young man to bring me a sweet tea explaining to him why, he said ok no problem but brings back the same drink literally that I just gave him.Then told me to “taste it because he was told it was ok”… it was still gross so to avoid them doing something to my drink I just took it. “I told him it still didn’t taste right to me but I want make him get another”. why not just give me what I asked for the first time. people think they are so slick it’s sad. I’m sure they go to restaurants. would they not want what they pay for? anyway I really wanted that orange fanta today is my cheat day.

I always order online, but every time I still wait a minimum of 30 minutes. This has been my experience with this place for a while now, but they’re the only place that sells any sort of grilled chicken and rice. My last visit is what convinced me to write this review. After waiting the usual 30 minutes, as the cashier was handing me the food he says “Oh by the way, we are out of white rice, so I put fried rice. Hope that was okay”. It was not okay at all. This wouldn’t be a problem if they had decent fried rice. However, Panda Express’ fried rice is worse than dog food. Every thing in it is undercooked and greasy. I decided to give it another go when I received my food, and it was still garbage. If you are out of the thing the customer ordered, ask them if they want a substitute. Also stop making everything so greasy. It’s grilled chicken, why are you adding a gallon of oil on it?

Several months back, I wrote a review on the Panda Express in Hoover. I wrote how disappointed we were over the service we received. Our food cartons turned upside down and side ways and the juices from the cartons were in our bag. We communicated were were eating in. AND why we chose the Hoover location.

The team here needs to be more appreciative of customers we are nice we order ahead you still make us wait. Then when a nice old couple comes you go around to all the staff members and make fun of them after they order. I was told my meal would be ready at 4:05 and I am still waiting at 4:12. I did order ahead on the app but the team again is to busy socializing while the food is getting ordered so they run out

I got a bowl of orange chicken and noodles, and the chicken was RAW. Not just a little pink, it looked like it was never cooked. I called and asked for a refund, and they tried to tell me no. I took a picture of the chicken and said I would gladly show them the raw chicken, then suddenly there was a way for me to receive a refund, only after I sent the picture to their manager. Praying I don’t have salmonella.

The service is fast and friendly most of the time, but their food isn’t great. The rice and lo mein are bland and have a tendency to be pretty dry. The beef is fatty and flavorless. The best thing on the menu is their honey sesame chicken. It’s usually crunchy and saucy, just the right amount of sweetness, and generally pretty fresh, as is the orange chicken. I hope you like a good amount of slightly overcooked veggies with your meal as well. I personally do, but I can see how that wouldn’t be everyone’s thing. The sweet tea is always good though.
