I have been visiting this Dunkin for years. Maybe 20 percent of the time I get either good service, or correct drinks. It’s a shame because it’s a local Dunkin to this community. I believe management is at fault for hiring bad staff, poor training. Today I witnessed a fight between employees and the managers ignored the situation to calm the employees. Customers waited out the door as we all watched this happen. Also prices were raised recently. My medium coffee is now $3 and I’m appalled because I haven’t received anything more for this, service or quality. It’s just always been bad.

The prices are getting ridiculous now! The quality is mediocre, and now you can’t purchase a large cup of ice with out buying a cooler beverage EVEN IF YOU BUY A COFFEE OR OTHER PURCHASES. NOT COOL! Sorry, I’ll stick to Honey Dew because they actually give me …the customer …what I want. I offer to pay for ice, and honey dew won’t charge me for it. So, I give it to them as a tip. Dunkin will be missing out on my service moving forward.

They hired a bunch of new people who are not trained well at all. They had a new girl on the front counter who was not sure how to correctly ring things in and nobody was helping her, she had to ask multiple times for some help This establishment needs to sufficiently train new employees and not just throw them to the “wolf’s” because when it’s a rush they forget about them all together!!!

Worst staff i have ever dealt with. One day I get yelled at and my coffee taken out of my hands because no one grabbed the donut I ordered mobile 10 minutes prior. After 3 or 4 employees walking around doing nothing , walk right by me waiting for my mobile order. Minimum of 10 minutes anytime you go in to pickup a order placed 10 minutes prior

I waited in a 4 car line at 11:30 am for over a half hour, all for a coffee and a sandwich. This is easily the slowest Dunkin in the area, everyone looks stoned to the gills in that shipwreck.

Unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to my house, and I go here maybe 3-5 times a week. 100% of the time my order is incorrect, and/or cold because they leave my order on their counter and not at the designated pickup area. Spent all that money to renovate, but still can’t make a coffee or breakfast sandwich correctly…

This Dunkin is the only one I know of that doesn’t honor senior discounts. They are greedy individuals consistently raising prices and taking their discount away. Our elderly are the backbone of the community as well as veterans so they do deserve a discount. I refuse to ever go back.
