Make sure u smell ur sandwich before taking it home. I tossed mine in the trash because when I bit into my turkey sandwich it was bitter. I smelt it and the turkey definitely was spoiled. I saw them all whispering behind the counter when they were making it too. What horrible service. Never again.

This was my 1st time at Jimmy John’s and I got an Italian sub …the large one. That was actually a really good sandwich and it took 2 days to eat. I thought that the price was reasonable. Sorry I don’t have a picture…. I ate that sandwich up!

I wanted to grab something quick during my lunch. I stop by here after I got gas. Staff was super friendly service was quick. People coming in and out to grab lunch. This one lady was waiting and she already order ahead. They did not see her order. She showed them and they got her order asap. They handle the problem correctly and was very nice about it.

Total change in management, food is always stale, meats are brown, as is the lettuce. Ordered (2) subs, show up in 20 minutes, both employees are at tables, playing on thier phones, order not ready, drive over to Publix picked-up a few things, returned and they were just starting to make the subs, 40 minutes after I ordered it. Open the sandwich, and found what I described, told them I would not pay for old brown food, they said they can’t give refunds, only credit. Keep the $10 last money this dump will ever get from me, too bad, used to be our go to for quick dinners, management has changed for the absolute worst, this place will be closed in 6 months…hopefully.

Horrible workers, making fun of my sandwich. Walk in no one was behind the counter and i asked the one worker there sitting on his phone “are you guys open?” he says “yeah” and doesn’t move so i said “can i order” he said “yeah” and proceeds to laugh while walking behind the counter. If i could give this place negative starts i would. DONT EAT HERE

I ordered online from this store when staying at a nearby hotel. It seems like not 10 minutes later they knocked on the door. I was only 4 feet away and by the time I opened the door the delivery guy had placed the order by the door an was 30 feet down the hall. Food was as expected, delivery speed was exceptional.
