$$$$ Cowboy Up offers fast Country Cookin’ seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Cowboy Up is a full mobile kitchen with indoor, and outdoor seating. We do not offer to go orders. Cowboy Up Country Cookin’ is an adult restaurant. Children are welcome, but will be required to remain seated at all times, and use their inside voices. This will be strictly enforced. We do not provide highchairs or children’s menus. Reservations for lunch and dinner can be made by calling (406)890-0269. There is a $35 non-refundable deposit per reserved seat. Deposits will be applied towards your final bill. If you are more than 10 minutes late your reservation will be forfeited. Can’t wait to serve you!

Peace Of mind
Ribs were tender and full of meat, brisket was perfect, homemade mashed potatoes, corn bread was moist. Baked beans made with love. Sun tea! ( so refreshing I had half sweet half reg) homemade blue cheese dressing for your salad! husband and wife owned (she calls him “babe,”)they show so much respect and care for each other and the restaurant patrons. they have a wonderful thing going here, and veteran owned. Make sure to stop and try you will not be disappointed! Support our hero veterans! Much love to you both.

We were in town, from AZ, for a wedding and looking for something local and unique for dinner. We were staying in Somers and found Cowboy Up…and we are so glad we did! Our family of 5 was warmly welcomed into their quaint tiny house style dining area. The food was incredible! Between us we had ribs, brisket and chicken fried chicken..and don’t forget the mashed potatoes, bbq fries and of course, cornbread. We had the opportunity to chat with the owners for awhile as we were there near closing. Rudy and Gena were so welcoming and you can tell they truly appreciate their customers! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Kalispell and highly recommend that anyone in the area stop in for a great meal!

We’ve lived in Kalispell for over 20 years and only recently found Cowboy Up! Sure glad we did. We took our kids here and enjoyed delicious BBQ and fun conversation with the husband/wife ownership team. My wife and I shared the “Meat Platter” which is big enough for three…and our kids enjoyed Pulled Brisket sandwiches with some sides including macaroni salad and cornbread. Everything was delicious and it was a great experience overall. The dining room is very nice but small and the overall business is humble in size and presence. If you’re a high maintenance person, I wouldn’t recommend Cowboy Up for you. If you are looking for a cool Montana experience that you’ll remember, I’d highly recommend it.

The food was delicious!!! Almost all of the food on the menu was homemade and you can tell by the great quality. The owners are so kind and friendly, they even gave us directions to the nearest beach. We were from out of town and running into some friendly people really made us feel comfortable and at home. A-must-go for some awesome food and people!!!
