If I could give this location -0 stars, I would. By far the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. The gentlemen working the drive through window on Sunday July 3, 2023 around 2pm needs to be taught how to deal with customers. I couldn’t even explained how I wanted my burger before he rudely interrupted me saying “fry’s or tots”. The location already looks abandoned with all the menus in the individual stalls on the ground. I will be sure to inform any & everyone about how horrible my experience was & to encourage them to NEVER go here.

It never fails when I come here the service is poor or it takes over 15 minutes to receive something in drive thru. This place needs a complete shape up from personal to the building as most items look broke. They either are not selling ice cream, running extremely slow and of all days today now they not selling ice!! Like how are you open then. If you not selling ice then you can’t make slushies or drinks that should have ice don’t have them. This will be the last time I come to this location. Idc if it is the closest to my house I will go further

I had my mouth watering for that double cheeseburger something new that they had and it was 3.99 so it was 5.39 with tax so when I get ready to pay the lady she said she couldn’t give me my food because she didn’t have anything to accommodate change for a $20. I found the exact change and only wanted the $14 back giving her $1 but I had to leave hungry so I never did get a chance to taste it ‍♀️thus my one star review I was very disappointed.

Not giving this place a second chance. Place looks like it hasnt been maintained ever, they dont answer the red button, and whoever works the drive through seems to like gaslighting their customers. I just said forget it and left after i was treated like an idiot for reading off an item, word for word by the name it has on the menu. Dont bother replying with your copy paste ‘we’re sorry you had a negative experience’ post. This is my first ever 1 star review, congrats!

Worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. For starters customer service is horrible people seem to have an attitude. For no reason why you’re trying to order to the drive-thru. Then they can never get your order right and you’re always missing food this is not the first time.

I stopped by sonic after a long 12 hr shift, I hadn’t ate there in years bc of bad service and food. Well it seemed nothing had changed. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes, received my food only for my tots to be burnt, so the worker had closed the window, and I sat there for almost 10 minutes before they acknowledged that I was still sitting there. Tator tots were a dark color, hair was in them, it was just disgusting. So after requesting fresh tots I get them and they look exactly the same. So i said im tired im just going to leave but something told me to check my burger and it was completely wrong! So I went back had to wait again, the manager said he was sorry and would remake it himself, only then I got a greasy burger and that was made poorly and sloppy. I couldnt believe it, I also received mozzarella cheese sticks with no cheese in it. Sonic isn’t cheap, to have poor service and serve ppl food that is not prepared freshly and correct is beyond wrong. I ended up not eating the food.
