I don’t live far from this location so I go often. This location has some of the best customer every time I go! Most of the employees are young and typically good customer service isn’t the standard for young people. But this group of individuals are always polite and accommodating. Great job

Edit: I’m changing stars from 4 to 1, and that’s only because there’s not a zero stars option. I visited this location today, and it was horrible. Not only did they mess up my order completely, but it wasn’t even hot. The tenders were tiny and old, and the gravy was lumpy and cold. Literally threw it in the trash… I will not be going back to this location. when I called the store, Brianna was pretty useless.

Very disappointing to get off of work, hungry!! You stopped to get Chicken Express because it’s convenient, only to get old chicken wings!! Very disappointed! Went thru drive thru and the girl that was on drive thru reg#3 7/12/2022 @ 3:15 pm. Was kind of rude. When we were ordering she didn’t catch that we wanted a 3rd combo and said “well damn” over the intercom. Also getting our food she was just yelling out the order and we asked before we pulled off if there was any forks and spoons for the sides we got she said it’s in the box When we checked it was not in box. Food portions on the combos were like kid meal sizes not worth $8.99 each. I DO NOT recommend this place.

The manager was very nice, and talked with me while I had to wait for fresh fries. Some of the other team members also talked with me while I waited. The food was fresh and hot even though I went 45 minutee before they closed. Compared to other chicken Express I’ve been too this was by far the best. I’ll be going back for sure!

Visited through the drive thru tonight on 10/10/22. Ordered an extra roll and biscuit with each meal and both were missing, even though the lady at the window (who was clearly under the influence) assured it was in the meal. Got home to eat and the chicken was dry, hard, and overcooked, didn’t have a bag for the fries and looked like 1/3 order of fries. Worst chicken e in town.
