My pizza was burnt and tots was not crispy and they were burnt ! So disgusted … Ruined my dinner .. I tried to call when I got home and no one answered the phone… Dominos on Broadway in grove city… My other pizza wasn’t good at all . Just a horrible experience all around…

Ordered a pizza, bread bites and lava cakes. Less than 20 min before close. We felt bad ordering so late but have been working a lot and haven’t had time for the store. They showed up maybe 20 minutes later. Everything was super fresh and honestly we order here a lot and this was probably the best we’ve ever had. So thank you to the crew that fed us when I’m sure you were all ready to get home! We enjoyed every bite!

One pizza was supposed to be a pan, the hand tossed…both were hand tossed. Also due to not getting the pan pizza I had the garlic on the crust. The worst offense was doing my tots incorrectly…3 cheese tots with NO Alfredo sauce…guess what I got.

They messed up on our order. I couldn’t blame them because there were only three people working. They gave us a free cheese pizza. Which we did let them know it was unnecessary. It was a good strategy because it made us purchase two large cheese the following day.

2nd time they forgot the chicken in our pasta. I was polite but they argued about there being chicken in it. Then sent a replacement with a few pieces of black chicken that was greasy and full of gristle. I took one bite and had to spit it out.I asked them to refund the chicken dish and told them why, I was argued that with about the chicken being fine because she made it herself. They agreed to the refund but also called back a second time to argue about their being chicken in the first one and this one not being gross and burnt chicken. What in the actual f domino’s? I’ll post pictures of the chicken in awhile.

I had curb side delivery under two mins or is free, it started timing right when it was done. The app kept it’s promise and I received my pizza. Also the Brooklyn style pizza tasted as good as it looked.

I went to pick up my order and it was not quite done so I waited in my car. From there, I was able to see everything the employees were doing. Not one employee wore gloves while handling food. One employee went from grabbing pizza toppings with her bare hands and throwing them on a pizza to handling cash and credit cards at the counter and back to food prep again. No gloves. No handwriting. I am thoroughly grossed out.
