I’ve had a good experience and a bad experience with this place. The good experience went as planned with contactless pick up. The bad experience was horrible. I ordered contactless again and watched it come my direction and I sat in the kitchen next to the front door. Saw that they drove on our street but were further down the street. Never saw them drive past our house and then looked down and saw them going down a road the opposite direction and hopped back on the interstate and it said my order was delivered. I looked outside and even behind my cars and the side walk. No pizza to be found. I called up and they said they would have it remade and delivered. Okay that’s fine. They finally show up and drop off the pizza. The thin sliced pizza is shuffled all over like they were in a hurry and the pizza and everything else was cold at this point. It took little time for it to get here and I’m assuming they just grabbed it off of the porch of the previous house it was placed at or gave us old pizza at the dominos location. I got plenty of other options to go enjoy pizza and honestly better tasting than what I just ate. Go somewhere else and save your money.

These individuals that deliver pizza for Domino’s on Phoenix are by far the greatest Domino’s delivery team I’ve ever known . They are consistently well groomed , courteous, and make an amazing pizza . I spend a WHOLE LOT of money with dominoes for this very reason. I think someone in the office should reward them, I definitely suggest that we as customers would benefit even more if we gave better tips. Just saying.

I’m giving 3 stars because of the $5 delivery fee that they don’t give to the drivers. I’m not going to pay a delivery fee and then also tip the driver in addition. It was already 1/3 of my order cost. They should be ashamed of themselves for keeping the delivery fee since the wear and tear is on the employees vehicle and most people assume the delivery driver receives that fee.

Went to pick up an order. People were pretty friendly and my order was ready as the domino tracker said. I ordered extra sauce and boy did I ever get extra sauce. My only complain was the middle of my bread bowl was a bit cool. I didn’t expect lava but I did want hot food.

I don’t see how the delivery driver Jasmine still has a job. She called me because she couldn’t find my apartment. I told her I put in the instructions how to find it. She said she doesn’t read the instructions when someone doesn’t tip and hung up on me. I had a cash tip. Then I watched her on the camera. She came half way up the stairs and tossed the pizza at the doorstep and left. Called the store and the manager said he would talk to her. She needs to be fired.
