The owner is what is wrong with big businesses in a small package. NO Customer Service! This could be a good place. Recipes are solid; however, they occasionally mess up your food and the only recourse is to wait around for 1/2 an hour and this is only if you catch it there. If you get home first, your just out. No discount. Staff can’t fix it or help. I have come home with raw wings, today a ridiculous pizza cut into little squares because they mistook my pizza for someone elses. If you call back with any complaints they say the owner will call back. He never does, so you end up with uncooked, overcooked, or otherwise messed up food with no recourse. When they are on it is OK. When off, you sometimes pay for something inedible because the owner doesn’t care. Or a mess like today. Some days I really hate this place!

You need to hire better people to answer your phone. We order from here all the time. I just called and some RUDE nasty girl answered. I asked for a white pizza and she asked me what toppings and I said I’ll take whatever comes on your white pizza and she continued to say well what do you want on it.. and I said I don’t know how you make it so how ever your white pizza comes I’ll take that. She continued to argue with me to tell her what I want on it and was super annoyed with me and rushed the entire call. She had a terrible attitude through the entire convo so I told her never mind and hung up. Obviously taking phone calls is way to hard for her. I’ll be going elsewhere

Started calling at 7:30 kept ringing no one was answering.Arrived at 7:45 staff jus stared at me, finally one asks how can I help you, I said I would like to order a large pizza and 20 wings, he then says sorry we are closed….uh the web page and sign say 9 pm…ok…maybe have the door shut and locked ? Ridiculous!!!

Food is always good but the workers clearly don’t have an understanding on timing. Been ordering from here for 2 years now and my pizza is never ready when they say it will be but the wings are done before I get there. By the time I do leave with my food (average 15-20 minutes late) the wings are cold. I also don’t live in Alden so the drive means the wings are definitely cold by the time I get home.
