messed order up from speaker. Went back to get order corrected and they messed that up and seemed angry with me. Charged me for family size instead of the side order. When tried to correct my order gave the side instead of what was charged for. What bothers me is I told them about this before they were going to correct my order and still didn’t get it right.

I ordered through the drive thru and of course there’s a wait which is fine and expected when you get fish. I’d rather wait and have it fresh. No problem. It was fresh and awesome. They must have changed their fish but to be honest I haven’t ordered it in awhile as it was ok. Today I wanted fish and so glad I did because this was amazingly good. It’s great and I’m sold. Please, please don’t change it. I’ll be ordering it more often.

They do what they do well … but are stuck in an era where healthy food options were for literal and figurative ‘light weights’. The counter service varies from unit to unit … and the environment is clean, low maintenance, and uninspiring. What you see is what you get … and their niche customer obviously loves it!
