The drive thru speaker did not work so we had toorder at the window. The worker then misrepresented the truth about the menu. She charged me $4.99 for 3pc dark only. She assured me biscuits came with the order so i ordered my desired side and peppers. I got home about to eat and realized there were no biscuits. The young lady’s attitude was crass at best when taking our order and wen i called to complain they pretty much told us it was our fault that we didnt read. Again we had to order at the window, so there was nothing to read. Botoom line i like biscuits, mashed potatoes and peppers with my meal. That was ruined by this cashiers lack of knowledge of the menu and lack of interest in assisting me. No resolution was offered. My meal got cold and was not enjoyable because it was incomplete. And when did the price for 3pc dark make it to $5?? A full replacement meal would suffice.

Went there at almost closing time the managerwe was playing loud explicit rap when we pulled to the window we ordered 2 3pc meals and I ordered the 2pc meal the manager informed me that he didn’t have enough for my 2pc so he said that he would give me tenders in stead so he gave me tenders that was cold & dried out. I went back the next day to get order fresh the managers ignored me for about 20min after the cashier told her what I was there for she proceeded to go out side for a cigarette break then when she returned she told the other manager the Gm I thing her name is Kim what happen that’s where it got worse, she said I needed the receipt b/c she didn’t know if I got it there or not I asked if the manager from the nt before would be there later she said yes so I found my receipt and come back l asked the Manger why would he serve something like that being a manager he said give him 5min to get the line down it ended up being a hr while he went out the door twice to smoke cigarettes would never go back to that store again b/c to be honest i was on the verge of catching a case up in there and it’s not worth it

The particular Church’s Chicken that I went to did not have any white meat at that time. However, they did not have a problem giving me a dark meat with all thighs. We did not like legs and with the fact that they didn’t have any white meat to offer they gave us all size which we do enjoy. This is something that I would recommend since you can just ask if they can do something different since they do not have what they should have available from the menu. They did not put up a fuss and just took care of us.

I visit this location probably once every couple of months. I never really have issues with the service that I receive from the employees, but the store has many inconveniences that, for some reason, the owners refuse to address. The 1st issue is the intercom. The intercom has been broken at this drive thru for several, several months. This requires the patrons to not place an order until they get to the window. With this, expect the wait time to be unattractively long (no less than 20 minutes if there is a que ahead of you). The other issue is the limited beverages. I do not think I’ve ever gone there, and they had any more than 3 or 4 of the sodas that they offer. These inconveniences do deter patrons… and speaks volumes about the franchise owners.
