Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

2 thumbs up from my kid…she loved her burger and shake. I enjoyed it as well, service was slow and some workers were friendly and others seemed like they didn’t really enjoy their job. But all in all, pretty good.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger for curbside. Sat 10 min at the curb then ended up going inside. They told me I was just waiting on fries so I waited 10 more minutes. The poor man next to me said he’d been waiting an hour. There were several(5+ employees on what seemed like a break) laughing and being quite loud in the booths. When I finally got my food I drove home, only to find my bacon cheeseburger had no bacon or cheese and the fries were cold….

Been waiting 45minutes in driveway for our food. Not exaggerating. I asked the worker what was the issue, he said they were short workers. Good job Whataburger. Never coming back. And I don’t want to ever hear this place is better than In N Out.

This is the worst Whataburger location that I’ve ever been too. I gave them over 3 chances as it is the closest location to me and I regret it every single time. You will wait at least 1 hour for your food. I always place an order online and wait at least 30 minutes before going to pick it up. I still have to wait another 45 minutes or over another hour just to receive my food and the order is ALWAYS incorrect. There’s always items missing. So when I ask for them, I’m waiting another 10-15 minutes for a side of gravy or onion rings. Seriously so frustrated with them! How are they running a business like this. How does this location get away with this? This is extremely unfair to customers. There is a bunch of people back there and it just seems messy and inefficient. Managers and upper level management needs to get involved and retrain the employees and put some processes in place because the food is not worth this headache for me.

Worst location ever!!! We normally go thru the drive thru but the last 2 times we’ve waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes, unacceptable when you get your food and it’s cold. Never have had hot, crisp fries from this location. We tried eating inside time before last and they forgot the chicken strips for my daughter’s kids meal so we had to wait another 10 mins for that. Last night I ordered curbside. Got there within the allotted time, checked in and still had to wait forever for our order to be brought out, it was about 20 mins after said time the order should be ready. The chicken strips were gross, the oil in your fryer needs to be changed desperately, we ended up being short an order of French fries and the guy that brought the order out didn’t even respond when I said hi and thank you. I will never go to this location again. I think I’ve given too many chances and I am done. They need to hire some people that actually wanna work and maybe even change the manager out because everytime I’ve reached out I get no response.

Normally my experience with this particular Whataburger has been very good. The food was almost always hot and fresh and the service was great. However, this time although, I really do think it was because it was so busy and they may have also been short staffed, (I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt.) the food wasn’t very good nor was the service! Hopefully, my next experience with Whataburger (and I’m sure it will) will be much better!

First time to try this location. Used the drive through and was helped very efficiently despite being behind a few cars. It was a late night meal and the person on the speaker was still friendly and easy to understand. The food was correct and tasted good. The chicken strips were slightly more crunchy than I’ve had from other locations but were completely edible and not dried out. The end of the drive through has two windows that were being served from. I was at the first window and there was a car in front at the second window. I received food before them and had a hard time getting around their vehicle to make an exit. This is a very convenient location located off the highway with a gas station next door.

This visit was horrible! This has been the grossest thing I’ve had there this far! It was supposed to be the Buffalo ranch chicken with swiss sandwich. It’s swimming in gobs of ranch and a splash of Buffalo sauce. This is a first for me at this location. They are normally so great with presentation and quality. I guess everyone has an off day.
