Typical Qdoba by the side of the I-94. It’s not too large on the inside, but they have a fair amount of outdoor seating you can use if the weather is nice. The staff was friendly for the build-your-own burritos and bowls, and there are kid options available too. The burritos are pretty big so it may last you even more than one meal

I had a vegetarian or plant based burrito bowl. The bowl was amazing. Probably the best plant based meat I’ve had. It had great flavor but the lady put cheese on my burrito when I didn’t ask for it. Making it vegetarian not vegan. Wasn’t mad but wished it didn’t.

Out of chicken, out of Dr Pepper, out of straws, out of napkins, behind the glass had food bits strewn all over. Curly top male cashier playing on his phone. Overcharged for meals when kids meal ordered. Dining area has food on floor. Absolutely ruining my favorite restaurant. Going elsewhere.

Understaffed during lunch. Long line and only one person prepping meals. Staff was friendly and courteous but overwhelmed. For is acceptable but not as good as Chipotle. Trying too much to be a Chipotle clone.

Great food if i could eat the burrito. Watched the worker wrap it and the burrito broke apart. Instead of rewrapping into another shell he just left it. I ended up throwing it and walked out. If they want my business back ever they can pay my $11 back. Associate at the counter didn’t seem to concerned about fixing the issue. This would be how you lose customers

I stopped in tonight for a to go order and the place was pretty quiet, but the wait to get helped was very long. When I finally put in my order they were out of a few things, so I had to change my order. The food station also looked like a mess, so I’m guessing they just got through a really busy rush or a big order. Nevertheless thre staff was very friendly and the food was good.

Today I received the worst Qdoba burrito I’ve ever had. It tasted somewhat normal, but it was put together extremely carelessly, and completely fell apart. (See photos). I ended up having to eat it with a fork and knife, and these burrito shells are not made to be cut. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I didn’t feel like asking them to redo it–plus, why would it be any different the second time? If someone doesn’t know how to make a burrito, they don’t know how to make a burrito. Extremely disappointed. Don’t really want to go to Qdoba anymore, or at least not the Moorhead location.

Worst indoor dining experience in this restaurant. If someone from the food and drug administration or Qdoba corporate for that matter were to enter the store I am pretty sure all three of the staff would be terminated immediately for unsanitary practices, touching their face multiple times, etc. while serving food. The entire store was filthy. No soap or hand towels in the men’s or women’s restroom. Staff was not friendly. Food bar was far from fresh and very unorganized, extremely unsanitary with old receipts and paper products that had been used littering the entire area. Several of the condiments were out including guacamole — even though there was a huge bowl of partially cut avocados in full site. Photos attached.
