Today was BOGO chicken sandwiches at wing stop so I decided to reward my employees for completing various goals I set for the shift. Some finished before others causing me to make multiple orders( about 5). The manager of the store called me furious saying that she wasn’t making any more sandwiches after I had already informed another employee at wing stop that it was for my job . I drove up there and apparently it was miscommunication between them and they gave me my last 2 sandwiches but the way she spoke to me on the phone was the rudest I’ve ever experienced in fast food.

They managed to drop my ticket, forgot to make my food or someone stole it. Either way after waiting 30 mins for a to-go order; when I asked about the average ticket time they blew me off. Then the manager sorta blamed me for the mistake. It was so expensive and service was terrible so I asked for my money back and dipped. I complained to corporate and got butkus, so the issue is pervasive.

Wings started out tasting really good. This is until I uncovered a dead fly buried under a wing. I didn’t finish my meal after that. I submitted a complaint on the website and requested for someone contact me about it. No one reached out. I filled out a survey on my order and stated my issue and nobody contacted me on that either. I tried one last time to file another complaint on their website and no one contacted me. Unsanitary conditions and failure to address my big issue after multiple attempts requesting someone contact me are the reason for 1 star

Ordered an array of food starting with the cold overcooked chips completely inedible then moving onto the wings boneless as Ordered that’s a positive first the lemon pepper was again cold and overzealous with lemon as if I just chewed on the zest of a peal no peppery notes at all. Now the bbq was actually okay moving on the burger soggy bun and just dripping with a garlic oil ofsorts anyway wasn’t pleasant and shalt be re ordering again good bye
