Paid for 32 wings with different sauces and came unsauced. First call waited on hold for 10 minutes than was hung up on. Second call I asked for the item to be delivered correctly . Manager said it would be over an hour. Asked why I could not be placed priority since they delivered items incorrectly and I did Not get what I paid for. she stated she could not do that. I asked if I could pick up the items and get a refund of the delivery fee. Nope couldn’t do that either. Terrible customer service. Needless to say it never got resolved.

I’m done ordering wings at this restaurant! The first time I ordered wings they had very little buffalo sauce (which is the best part) and the next time I ordered them I asked for extra buffalo sauce and the driver gave me attitude about the wings being ‘sloppy’ and made other rude comments as well! My money could be better spent somewhere else!!

Small walk in customer area one tiny table to sit at 2 chairs . Ordered and waited in store. Friendly cashier. One person folding boxes another making dough. No restroom. Parking lot small located in a strip mall. Food was good. Moderately priced.

I placed a delivery order and did not receive cheesy bread just plain bread sticks after I was told I had an attitude which I did not. The guy that answered the phone was new and a woman came on the phone and was reading back the order and it was wrong, I just simply corrected what kind of pizza I ordered. The honey Chipotle sauce was amazing but the bread sticks are terrible, no garlic buttery taste, no seasoning whatsoever. Pizza was good.

Friendly, energetic service. I ordered, was told 10 minutes until my pizza would be ready, so I went for a joy ride. When I came back I was acknowledged and told my pizza would be three more minutes. Elton helped take my order and was handling an angry customer on the phone when my pizza was finished. He shouted to a co worker to grab my pizza while on the phone soothing an upset customer. Shout-out to the best customer service from Elton. Elton’s a winner and he’s going places because he understands people

I ordered pizza, had a promo code on the app that weny thru, my total was $37.33 on the app, called the store to ask a question and they told me my total was $41 and when the driver arrived he told me my total was $48.44. And they told me there was nothing they can do about it even tho my app honored my promo code, they charged me extra and told me 2 different prices, to make it even better, the delivery driver was really hostile about it. Very upset with this expierence.

We appreciate Papa John’s as it’s one of the few places we can order food for our son with his peanut/nut allergies. While we can’t order the dessert (it was made in a facility with those allergens), the rest of it is safe. We also eat plant-based, so we love that Papa John’s makes this possible. They’re always fast. Always professional. And the food is delicious.

Ordered delivery an hour early and it came on time. The pizza is good but that’s not why I’m irritated with it. I wrote on there for comments to please call since I’m in a secured building where they wouldn’t be able to enter. Saw her pull up and went downstairs to greet her outside.
