My husband loved the steak!! The atmosphere was so well done. I loved the sleek Texas decor. Nothing trashy, but instead cohesive color schemes and clean, lovely choices of decor. This pregnant lady had to order the burger well done. I don’t recommend it. It is absolutely massive, and I’m guessing maybe because it was well done, it just didn’t have a lot of taste. I thought it would have more seasoning or salt or something. They had to make it so thick since it was a whole pound, so it was really dry. the presentation was beautiful and exciting though. The FRIES are to DIE for!

I enjoyed my lunch here. The ambiance of the restaurant is upscale without feeling snobby. The food was good, but not comparable to the quality you might find at a high end steakhouse. The mozzarella sticks (advertised as being homemade) were tremendous and certainly very fresh, I definitely recommend them as an appetizer.

Great part is it’s not located in the crowded downtown area. It’s not difficult to find a parking space, which is valuable.

The salad wedge was my best. The blue cheese dressing was fantastic. The steak was cooked to perfection. I always get medium Well it was slightly pink in the middle melted in my mouth. The potato skins on the baked potato are nice and tender and not tough. I would say it was pretty perfect. And the server was on time. She always had her drinks and was very nice.

This was my husband and I first time here for our wedding anniversary. I ordered the 7 oz filet mignon. My husband ordered the prime rib. A salad came out before the meal and was a pretty good-sized salad. The dinner was delicious, the server was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

We started with the Sombreros…they were pretty underwhelming. Little to no stuffing, but shrouded in cheese which created a little greasy pool. I love cheese, but it seemed like the cheese was there to make up for lack of stuffing. Prime rib was delicious and cooked perfectly. Garlic mashed potatoes were a little gummy. My daughter had the kid’s salmon and broccoli, which was incredibly delicious. Our server, Rebecca, was very kind and attentive. We enjoyed our drinks (the special LIT and the Tiny’s Old Fashioned) and salads. Overall, we had an enjoyable meal.

The food was amazing, we had a reservation in what was called the “love nest”, and it was so nice. I loved the private area we had to ourselves. Our server Tonya was just a doll. Also there were ducks outside which is always a bonus!

The hostess were wonderful along with the customers. Victoria was our waitress, hello Victoria you were great thank you for your help. The food was good. Appetizer Horseradish – Parmesan Prime Rib Strips. I had the salmon, sweet potato and broccoli. Hubby had the Rio Grande Ribeye, mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms and onions. The food was good no complaints and plentiful, we could not eat all our food. Doggie bag please! Helpful hint: if you like your steak pink in the middle order it medium rare or it will be cooked through. The restrooms and restaurant was clean. Pricing $25 – $35. Alamo Steakhouse is a partner of Big Daddy’S Pizza. No, we did not realize this until we sat down at the table. We stopped in on a drive by looking for dinner. I giving 5 stars for the kindness of the staff.

Of the millions of words in the English language I can’t find a way to put any of them together to even begin to describe how bad ambient and quality of service that restaurant has. it took like 1 hour and half to have the entrees and the quality of the meat really low maybe not standard or even usda choice. we asked for the sombrero mushroom, they had not taste at all. crab dip tasted mayonnaise with a bit of crab as a garnish and in top of that they do not allow to bring your wine because a policy even though their wine list is very short and decadent. don’t waste your time to go to this place it should be closed.

This is definitely a must if visiting Gatlinburg TN. The food is amazing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I love the Hot Spicy Crab dip (if you don’t like spicy food, don’t let the word spicy keep you for ordering. It is not spicy) steaks are so flavorful. I had a strawberry daiquiri, and it was delicious . Good thing for my husband we don’t live in TN cause I would be here every day!!!
