Fast and friendly service. Everything was fresh and the staff was knowledgeable. There was a little wait but expected when you’re making each individual order. I love Qdoba. The food is really good. The people are always nice. But I have not had the best experience the last 2 times I have ordered from here. The first time, the sticker and peel from the avocado was in my bowl (pictured) and the second time, the rice was actually uncooked. I’m military and always order pickup to go and this is just very disappointing. The “complimentary” cookie doesn’t help that these details are being missed.

Ordered two bowls tonight for pickup, unfortunately both were missing quite a lot of ingredients that I paid for. My wife’s bowl had a burnt chunk of “something” in it that was very unpleasant for her. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay so much for additional toppings and then realize most of it is missing..

Don’t go after 5pm, service is terrible and so is the food. Food was hazardously cold. workers start pre closing 5 hours early and turn off the heat for the food so they can clean them. They leave chemicals near the food as well. Pretty sure no one there has their food handlers card.

Usually they are pretty decent but it really just depends on who you get making your food. I know they are working hard in there but I’m not paying by weight. Sometimes I get a full bowl and sometimes (like today, sorry Adam I’m calling you out on this review because I didn’t have the heart to do it in store) I get a bowl that’s barely half full. I had to use my own cheese at home because there just wasn’t enough in the bowl and a couple of pieces of lettuce ain’t gonna cut it.
