Very beautiful inside. The inside is set up just like a brewery. Clean, friendly and easy to get to. The parking lot is shared between other stores so you have plenty of space. Five stars from me.

The owners are the greatest people. Usually get great service. In and out in only a couple of minutes, but whoever was working a couple days ago, took 10 min to take my order, the 20 min to get my order out to me, after I kept bugging them, mid day. They kept taking mobile orders, and ignoring mine. I would have left, but I was already invested in time, and kept thinking… any second. After I paid, I felt obligated to stay for my coffee. The guy who ran the window saw that the counter girl was not so organized, and helped. Coffee was cold and tasted old.

Came into the establishment and immediately thought I walked into a nightclub. The servers were talking to each other, eating product (donuts), and one kept repeating “bro, bro, bro” as he spoke to another servant. Sounded like a malfunctioning robot! They will take a good 10 mins before they even attend to your order. No product on the racks, either! Skip this place, y’all, and go to the shop in Horseheads.

So I’m so glad they made it so that you can now see much better how they are making the coffee over on Madison Ave. Because i had a feeling they were doing this and then just now i seen it right before my eyes. So often times if i order Dunkin’ i will order my coffee with a shot of espresso and this time i ordered it with a shot and also a couple shots of vanilla and coconut and i watch the guy make it totally disregard the other things and put plain ole coffee and sugar. I said excuse me this says coffee and flavor shots AND espresso and they proceeded to put the flavor shots in and not the espresso, i watched them. They’ve always been lax here but a shot of espresso is almost the price of another small coffee- if you see it you need to put it in there, RUDE.

Update: This location continues to not train their employees properly. I ordered a nitro coffee today, the first one had sweet cream and it was mixed and frothed up so that half the coffee was missing. I had her make a new one (omitting the sweet cream), and she put ice in it and a straw top on it. She said no one orders them and she doesn’t know what they are supposed to look like. I don’t blame her, if she was properly trained it wouldn’t be a problem. I couldn’t drink this one. See the image for a laugh.

I was fully dissatisfied with my service. My sandwich was burnt, napkins wrinkled up in my bad like trash, no chocolate drizzle on our drinks, they took about 30 mins for our drink while the peoples food behind us was already packed up and getting cold. They didn’t even mention our drinks until about 15 minutes after we were sitting there. The workers also started taking selfies while flipping the camera off right in front of us, they are very unprofessional. Another thing to mention is all of the garbage from dunking on the other side of their building the least they could do is keep the area around their store clean from their trash.
