Very pleased. Mrs. had the Vegetable Ravioli and it was good but not enough for a repeat performance. I had the Pollo Rosa Maria and I was excellent. We both had the chicken soup, and the Mama Mandola’s chicken soup is the best ever. And the spinach that comes with the Polla Rosa Maria is the best spinach I’ve ever had. Sautéed with garlic. Dominic gave us excellent service, and Rebecca, the manager, was kind enough to bend the rules a little but on the extra entree for $10 by charging us for a Mezzaluna instead of the Vegetable Ravioli, and then letting us take a Mezzaluna home, and I took a Lobster Ravioli home for $10. Can’t complain about that. Great service, great good, great atmosphere, and Burger King is right next door so we had the 50 cent ice cream cones for dessert.

So, we moved over to this side of town probably about almost 2 years now. The very first time I tried this location I had a bad Togo experience. I ordered chicken Alfredo and ended up finding a piece of metal in my food, contacted the manager/ she apologized, and than told me it looked like a piece of a Brillo pad that they used to scrub the pans. Long story short, I said I’d never be back. So today, after church we decided to give it another try. It was about 1:30, and not many people there… the host greeted us, kindly sat us, and I feel like it just went down hill from there. We waited about 20 minutes before the bartender dropped off plates and said she’d be back to get our drinks, except she never ended up returning… we had to flag down ANOTHER serve. She then took our drink ordered and food ordered, shortly after the host brought us waters, and then Alina ( I think her name was) returned with our drinks. We ordered Alfredo as a dipping sauce for the bread, when brought out it looked like straight milk and tasted NOTHING life Alfredo so the server took it back. Mind you, I order the appetizer sampler well when dropped off it was not what I expected. The calamari part of it was covered more with oil than batter . The mozzarella sticks were so over cooked that when I was eating them there was little to no cheese left inside because it all must have oozed out before I got it. The marinara was extremely watered down just like the Alfredo sauce. The only thing good really was the stuffed mushrooms. My husband ordered some sort of pasta meal and his sauce was also water down, which was really confused honestly. I really think the only thing good about this visit was the host which is what the 2 stars are for. He was extremely nice, well mannered, and seemed like he really enjoyed his job so props to him. I honestly don’t think I can give this location a 3rd chance, i’m so sorry because the price point and the quality of food are on 2 different spectrums.

I have to say this is one of the best places to eat and drink. From the owner to the managers the servers are so friendly it’s just great to go to a place so welcoming and inviting. We ordered the family-style chicken marsala. It stated it would come with mashed potatoes, however, it forced us to make a separate side selection. We ordered the broccoli which was disgusting….right out of the frozen vegetables aisle and it is important to note that we are in an area where fresh veggies are easily sourced. No mashed potatoes….and for approximately $80 + dollars we were extremely disappointed…..never again!
