This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had from any restaurant. We were charged for two pizzas but only got one. The pizza we received was missing chicken. They remade it, but added jalapenos instead of tomatoes and the crust was undercooked. They charged us for the extra pizza we asked for that we did not receive the first time around. The service was terrible. The guy was rude and angry and kept telling us to our face we were wrong despite us having clear evidence. This is a terrible franchisee location so the owner isn’t going to care and they cycle through new employees every week because the working conditions are poor and they pay terribly. This falls on the shoulders of the manager and owner and they’re going to blame the Frontline employees and take no responsibility. Pathetic.

Ordered pizza last week, ugliest worst made pizza I’ve ever seen. Reached out to Pizza Hut corporate and was given a free pizza coupon. Used that coupon today, delivery in the early afternoon took almost an hour and a half and is cold. I don’t even want another coupon dude I want my money back. Insanely disappointing quality and service.

Amazing costumer service. They had got the directions for a pizza I ordered backwards, and excluded the marinara dipping sauce to the breadsticks. When I came in to get the order corrected all the employees I interacted with were super polite and friendly. I told them I only wanted a remake of my pizza only the correct way per directions, and a dipping sauce cup of marinara; but they gave me that and insisted on me choosing a refund or rebate on top of that. I begrudgingly chose rebate as I was already satisfied that my order was getting fixed. I will definitely keep going to this Pizza Hut; and I would like to give a big thank you to the crew working the evening of 2/9/2023 as they were so amazing.

Pizza Hut is back! We got the stuffed crust special today. Easy quick order online when we were a few blocks from the store location. By the time I got gas for the car and stopped at this location the pizza was ready!

We had missing items and incorrect items. It took over 40 minutes to get ahold of anyone at the store. I finally had to order again online the things we were missing/incorrect in hopes I could speak with the driver about it. There is only one way to get ahold of anyone, and noone was answering for almost an hour. Would not order from here. Domino’s considers customer service an important part of the process, so use them instead!

3 different times that I have placed a order I never received my food. The first time it happened I talked to a manager and got a refund the next day the second time was online and got the charge disputed from my card and this time I placed a order over the phone (almost 3 hours from closing time) and the order never arrived. I always have issues with the closing staff at this location.
