SLOW! The restaurant was not busy but we waited 20 minutes to be asked if we would like drinks and then another 15 for the drinks. Good service was even slower. 20 minutes to get an appetizer and then 40 minutes later we got our pizza. The Coastal Bread was incredible. Perfectly crisp and a wonderful garlic butter, mozzarella-feta combo that tasted great. The drink were ok as well as the pizza. The pizza had flavorful toppings and sauce but the crust was not as crispy as I would have liked. If I could rate the partial stars I think they rated a 3.75.

This place was much bigger inside than it looked from the inside, with bar seating as well as plenty of regular restaurant seating. We came for lunch and learned that they have a lunch buffet for only $12, which I gladly chose since the buffet was filled with very unique artisan pizza flavors. My kids chose the mac n cheese which seemed to be homemade unlike many other restaurants and they both loved it! I thoroughly enjoyed every type of pizza that was available in the buffet with my favorite being the carnivoro which I think was without the honey, but that was totally fine with me. Prices were awesome for the quality of food and service was friendly as well as fast. We’d love to come back when in Marquette.

Amazing pizza and great staff! Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I Recommend building your own pizza. (Detroit style with alfredo sauce, and top it with chicken, bacon, and Parmesan). Seriously one of the best bites of pizza I’ve ever had!!!!

Waitress was nice but service was sooooo slow and food was awful. Husband and 3 yr old did the lunch buffet, I ordered a pizza roll. 3 yr old LOVES pizza, he had 2 bites and wouldn’t eat any more because it was so bad. Husband said his was a grease bomb.. took forever to get my pizza roll (I had to ask for it to go before it came because it took so long and kids were getting antsy) didn’t think to check it, got home and it was so burnt it was inedible.. tried a piece hoping for the best and it was awful. Won’t even feed it to my dogs. For $40 not including tip, we won’t be back, too many other pizza options.

We recently had lunch at this formerly-excellent downtown dining place. The fact that there were only a couple of other diners should have been a warning. Service was slow. We weren’t asked about refills till the check came. My husband’s “Cajun seasoned blackened smoked chicken sandwich topped with pepper jack cheese” had little seasoning, was not blackened, and no cheese as per the menu. When he informed the server, who didn’t reappear till the meal was nearly done, she giggled and said sorry and offered to get another one. We didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes. There was no offer to comp either. My mushroom burger had but a couple of shrooms and was bland. It was an extremely disappointing meal, especially so since in the past we’ve enjoyed this restaurant and brought visitors even.

This is pre-made reheated food, not freshly made and ridiculously priced. The Greek salad was $11 for 2 handfuls of spring mix and some chickpeas! Are you kidding me! There are much better restaurants in Marquette. Don’t waste your time and money.
