Sick of this place idk what changed but the pepperoni pizza is gross the last 6 orders I’ve gotten it’s darker over cooked and just tastes weird. Casey’s down the street is so much better the only reason why I’m not giving this 1 star is bc their apps (that I’ve tried) have been solid.

Had a great experience with a large order from this Highwood location last night and want to especially thank Eduardo for his help and top notch professionalism!! I believe Eduardo may be a manager and, if not yet, I hope he be soon b/c he was amazing! We had a large order for a school event and Eduardo went above and beyond in helping to answer all our questions and ensure that it all went smoothly, even calling to check that my online order reflected what I said I wanted over the phone (which it did not, due to my mistake (!) so by calling me back to double-check, he totally saved our whole pizza party ) Highly recommend, thanks so much Eduardo and the delivery guy was also super nice, helpful and right on time (sorry didn’t get his name too)

I placed an order for delivery after an hour and a half I call to get an estimated time of delivery and they said 45 min more. The lady who answered genuinely sounded unapologetic and hung up on me. I had to call back and ask for a manager. I explained to the manager the attitude of the person answering the phone. We order from here regularly and have an excellent service with everyone specially the drivers. The manager offered to instead of canceling the order have it deliver, but still have a reimbursement. We have young children and having to wait 45 more minutes it was going to be at 8 pm and not work for us. It was a shame, we really liked the convenience of Domino’s, but will have to switch to a different pizza place because I don’t ever want to have to deal with the person who answered the phone and hung up on me ever!

Great management, great employees. Your pizza comes on time, and if you respectfully ask for extra toppings off the book, you may just get them. My friends that have worked there, loved doing it. These guys are phenomenal for a dominos place, 5 stars for sure.

I feel like there’s always something wrong with this place. One day, the online ordering was unavailable. Strange considering Dominos typically relies on their app/website for orders but it seemed like no big deal to call. This isn’t under this locations control, but ordering over call is absolutely horrendous and our order was taken from another Dominos who knows where. Had to pause our debit card. A separate time, Dominos delivery was unavailable. Again, delivery also seems to be a huge reliant on their company. The mishaps and inconsistencies are tiring.

We ordered from them earlier this week. I placed the order online at 6:40 and was told 34-44 minutes for entire order. My food was immediately put in the oven, we could see using the tracker on the website, it was taken out of the oven and double checked for accuracy at 6:57. I tried to call around 7:20 to find out where our food was since it’s been done cooking for over 20 minutes. They said it would be sent right out and get to us within 5 or 10 minutes. It didn’t arrive until 7:35. Longer than the original time given of 33-44 minutes. Longer than time they said when I called in. I was upset that we were getting pizzas that have been made for well over 30 minutes just sitting there before they even left the store to come to us. I was assured it would be fresh and warm. It absolutely wasn’t. We received a lukewarm pizza that needed to go in the microwave in order to eat it. The cheesy bread we ordered was blackened! We couldn’t eat it at all. I don’t plan on ordering from this place anytime soon because it was a waste of money. I tried to call back and speak to the manager and no one would speak with me.

The wait time was supposed to be 30 min for delivery. I waited 15 min after that and called the store only to recieve information that the pizza just left the store. 33 minutes after that the driver said that he is just leaving now. This is very poor delivery time. I know this since I work at papa John’s and we deliver way quicker. When the pizza finally got to me, it was cold.
