This place was totally accommodating for a large drop in group. We had just wrapped up our 35th High School reunion just down the road. A bunch of us wanted to grab a bite and continue reminiscing. Someone suggested Town and Grill. We rolled in with about 20ppl and the management rolled with us and was able to set up an area for us to sit. We ordered a couple of pizzas, mozzarella sticks and wings. Was very happy with everything. The pizza had a slightly thinner crust with just enough crisp to it. The Mozzarella sticks were nice and hot, super stringy. Found the Buffalo Wings were good-sized and nice n’ plump. Buffalo sauce had the perfect amount of heat. If I was in the area, I would definitely check this place out again.

Food has been consistent each visit and the bar staff are always friendly. One concern I had was the market pricing listed for the steak tips as a salad add on. I ordered a garden salad for roughly $8.00 and the garden salad with steak tip add on was $20.00. For a $12.00 add on cost for steak tips, I would have expected more. There were five very small pieces of steak like not even one sirloin tip was cut up into bite sized pieces. It was underwhelming for $20.00.

A bit of a hidden gem. Not many places in this area, yet this one still stands apart! All newly renovated. It’s spacious, clean, with a lot of variety. Indoor and outdoor covered seating. Friendly staff. I need GF options and they had a few times marked on the menu. That’s super helpful. They even have a flourless chocolate cake for dessert. I didn’t try it but was delighted to know it was offered because they had lots of other delicious looking baked goods.

Town Grill has a friendly atmosphere with servers and bartenders that will make sure that you are satisfied. The staff support one another and help each other out in a ” positive” way. I ordered a ribeye with a beautiful pesto sauce and it was delicious!! I ” highly recommend this place for a ” date night” or a great dining experience.

Another top contender for best gluten free pizza I have had! Its always so hard to find restaurants that do rice flour crust instead of cauliflower crust as the base. The Town Pizza in voluntown is the only one of the chain to have the rice flour crust as of now. We did in-fact eat this for dinner two nights in a row
