I’ve never experienced such horrible service at a restaurant before. We asked for bread and our waiter said sure no problem before another waiter came back and said bread would be $15 and that they only have pita bread. We declined because we didn’t want pita bread and our bill was then charged twice for it. We asked for ketchup with our orders since most of them came with fries. We had to ask our waiter twice and another busboy for ketchup before we were given it- it took over 30 minutes. How do you not ask or automatically bring a few cups of ketchup when the meals come with fries? My fries were ice cold and I was finished and no longer needed it when they finally brought it over. My friend asked for red pepper flakes and never received them. Our food took way too long to come and was not hot. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it was not- that’s why we went there. Overall I would never come here again and never recommend anyone to eat here. The atrocious service completely ruined our experience.

4.5 stars Billy is a great waiter. The whole staff is very good. My daughter dropped her folk and a new one was at the table in less than a minute. I had the eggs Benedict that was incredible. One of the persons with us had the French toast also amassing. My daughter had the avocado toast with nova lox and she said it was delicious. Drinks were great. Nice and strong but not killer. Will definitely go back for brunch.

Food went way down. Rigatoni Bolognese is just dry noodles with meat Chicken milanese use to have a balsamic glaze and be dressed. Food is a 5/10 at best and service is really slow

The statement ” don’t judge a book by its cover” stands true for the Landing, on the outside it looks nice and clean but the experience from the time you sit is horrific the service out of the kitchen is terrible… from the time you order to the time it comes out it is amazingly long and to only get served cold food. The sad part is what you order off the menu and what you get are two different things the descriptions on the menu sound wonderful what comes out of that kitchen is amazingly pathetic. There are not many places on the island to eat and like a fool on my part I keep giving this place a second third and fourth chance, just giving it the old okay maybe they had a bad day or maybe they were just too busy well I’ve come to the conclusion that they just are a terrible place to have a nice meal. Trust me I tried to speak to a manager and or the owner only to be told that nobody is here.

choose the Landing for our son & daughter in law’s Post Wedding Breakfast. Everything was amazing. We hosted 40 people and they are all still talking about it. Jon R and his staff could not have been more accommodating. When he told us not to worry about a thing, we do this all the time, he was right! The perfect ending to a wonderful weekend. Would highly reccommend the landing.

My meal was delicious (egg breakfast) and my bloody maria was perfect, but the standout that earned the 5 stars was the all-around exceptional staff! This is a tourist destination and I’m sure they deal with some of the worst, but wow, everyone had a smile on their face and made me feel welcomed from the second I walked through the door! I even pulled the manages aside to compliment the staff. I look forward to returning for dinner!

This place has decent food, however, the issue is the poor service. Waiter only gave us 1 napkin to share between 2 people, and rudely handed the check to us as if we were lower than him. The old bay fries had good flavor but was stale and our side salad had no dressing but simply washed greens so my friend had to eat it plain. I’m not sure if other people were treated like that, and being that we were people of color I can’t help but think this was the reasoning when the male bartender/waiter treated others in a nicer way. I wanna like this place, but I’m not sure
