I got the vegan burger twice from here. The first time, I was given dairy cheese. The second time I ordered I specified non-dairy cheese. They put no cheese. It is confusing that the menu says the burger comes with vegan cheese but you don’t seem to have vegan cheese? Burger was great otherwise but as someone who is both vegan and has a dairy allergy this is problematic.

The staff at this restaurant is very disrespectful. They need to know that as a customer I can choose to spend my money anywhere and that a very big part of there business strongly depends on recommendation from repetitive customers so it’s highly important as an establishment to treat each customer with respect . today I had a very bad experience with a staff member at this restaurant I have had many deliveries to my address before . So I call to place a order for a delivery as I have done so many times in the past I was told that my address is not in their deliveries zoom so I promptly asked if it is a new policy that is set in place because I have had delivery from their establishment before to my address the staff I dealt with was very rude gave me know explanation then promptly hung the phone up in my ears.. now I know that I am only one customer and that losing my business probably does very little to them but sometimes all it takes is One bad Apple to spoil the whole bunch.. so if it’s a lesson in proper business etiquette that there are locking maybe the owner of this establishment need to load up their workers drive to a Chick-fil-A and listen to how the staff members their deal with customers. Because it is these very same customer that you promptly Hung your phone up on they are the reason you carry home a paycheck .. so Crust N Fire .. as a repeating customer I am very disappointed today..

I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad add feta and this is what I got for $15.00 bucks. There’s no pistachios nor shaved cheese, the chicken isn’t grilled and it’s dry. Wow I could have went to Shoprite and got a better salad then this for half the price.. This place really fell off.

Wanted a different dinner and went with flatbreads. Wow! Absolutely delicious. The cheese is authentic mozzarella, not shredded. The ricotta was firm; pancetta, delicious; spices: just right…and the dough was firm, crisp and amazing.

I ordered the Thai Shrimp wrap with gluten-free cauliflower wrap and sweet potato waffle fries and devoured it in the parking lot. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and a decent size, not rubbery at all. The greens were fresh and not soggy despite the shrimp being hot. The sauce was also very good. I do wish the cucumbers were sliced thinner or even match-stick cut. The waffle fries were very good. Nice and crunchy on the outside and creamy and sweet on the inside. Paired with the honey mustard (they usually come with honey ranch dressing) and I would come back here for that alone. Overall, after a day of moving and no food since 630am, I made the right decision.

If I could give this a half of star I would me and family order from here quite a bit and they AlWAYS mess our order up. This time we ordered a seared tuna bowl and we received no dressing so when calling and asking if they could deliver it out they responded isabella responded she didn’t know what to do but I could come pick it up which we live about 20 minutes away so that’s not happening or she could give me a credit. Absolutely horrible service, over priced food. Isabella the shift lead is horrible!!!! She put us on hold 4 different times because she didn’t know what to say. Don’t order from here. Horrible service.
