If I could give zero stars I would have. This has got to be the nastiest location I have ever seen. The ladies restroom has mold growing in thetoilet. And the girl that does the to go/delivery order. Has one gear EXTRA EXTRA SLOW she always looks passed off. The service is terrible. Save your money and go some where else.

My office and I have ordered from this location several times, with no problem. Over the last 6 weeks, every time we order, it is wrong. I’ve tried calling the restaurant to speak with a manager, the phone just rings and rings and no one ever answers. Today, we ordered 6 entrees. Every single one of them were incorrect. 2 of the items were salads, both did not come with dressing. They used the shredded lettuce that goes on a bowl, instead of the lettuce that’s typically for salads. Several of us ordered brown rice, every entree had white. 2 orders were the complete wrong order. When we picked up the order, the lady at the Togo area was rude. She was slamming things down and just not pleasant. I attempted to ask a question and she completely ignored me. I hate leaving reviews like this, and had someone just answered the phone, I wouldn’t have had to leave a negative review. This location has gone downhill, and I hope they get it figured out because this location use to be one of our favorite lunch places. Even the inside of the restaurant has gone down hill. It’s always dirty. The tables are never clean. They hardly have ice in the soda station, you have to ask for Togo silverware every time… bathroom was out of toilet paper. Employees wearing gloves and then touching trash and going back to making someone’s food without changing gloves and washing hands. Please do better chipotle.

Chose this place for lunch on a weekday. Two people were missing from the line during peak lunch hour. The blonde lady to the very right was awesomely respectful, The cashier was very nice. I found out what starting pay is and I used to work for chipotle. $12 an hour ain’t exactly worth the rat race. Now this is a shot in the dark but what if during peak hours employees got paid a little more?

Chipotle always hits no matter which location i goto. This location is clean and the staff is friendly and ready to help. The food is hot and ready as usual and taste wonderful. I got a half steak half chicken bowl with tortilla and guac on the side. The Watermelon Limeade is Torch . Filthy place all over. No one cares to please customers. I’ve been there 3 times because I really like Chipotle and it’s close to my doctor’s office, but I’m done with them. I’ve had issues all 3 times. They run out of pico, lettuce… they walk around and chat while the line forms. Zero stars.

Very, vert, slow, inattentive employee who in the midst of making my fajita bowl, which I had wait “3mintues,”but took longer, restocked the salsas and creams without finishing my order. Didnt seem to care, but that because Chiptole doesnt bother teaching them.or hires people with no skills. Maybe Robots should do the work??? I have had problems with Chipotle before, 1st time to this location, and it is not worth it to go there. The company, has cleary gotten worse and cannot retain employees, as most of the employees here were on a break. Also. Got charged for a tortilla, which is ridiculous!! It was rang up a “side.” While CCP Chipotle has increased their profits, raising prices and provided less service and quality, why should I pay for bad food. The very least the employees could have done was apologize or discount my meal. Now that my order wss done. Of course other employees jump on the line and stand around, while less people are in line!

My first visit to Chipotle last night on 23rd. St. 3/13/23. I’m rating as 5 because the young people working there were very helpful, polite and hardworking. The place was busy and they ran out of shredded cheese. Only online customers got the cheese. We ordered the chicken and beef bowls and 2 beef tacos. The cubed beef was over spiced for my taste. I think it may have had too much cumin. The chicken, brown rice and guacamole were very good. I like that you can build your own bowl.

Whoever is working the 11am shift today, y’all are doing it right!! Our food was fresh, order accurate, friendly service & everything was such good quality! We weren’t missing items, the order was packed with care. Previously, this hasn’t been the case and so we’ve been a little apprehensive to order Chipotle. THANKFUL for the team working today- great job!
