My online order was finally ready 5 mins after the pickup time which is fine I totally understand I’m not upset I had a huge big order anyways. I would suggest to either order online or at the drive thru seems like a lot of people have their problems when going inside to order up front at the register but anyways I understand that they don’t have as many employees but they’re hiring though In this location I’ve been there quite a few times with my grandma ordering inside and I do understand the situation that they’re in I’m not complaining.

After waiting 30 minutes for a mac and cheese bowl combo my shoes actually needed to be degreased and scrubbed from how sticky they got from being in this dirty kfc. Shoes kept legitimately gluing to the floor from all the grime and sticky soda spills and dirt leftover. Even see it on the walls dripping down. Despite waiting as long as i did even though i used the “quick pick up” and ordered 10 minutes ahead of time, the young lady cashier didnt go the extra step as to offer to upgrade my drink or fries or meal because of the super long wait in the dirty restaurant, and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. I understand she was under a lot of pressure so im not upset, just disappointed in the mishandled coaching opportunity to make it up to a customer when the slack isnt being picked up. There were two female hispanic employees breaking their backs working hard to keep up with the orders while a hispanic male sat there eating chicken on his lunch in the middle of a lunch rush at 12:45. No respect for his coworkers because how can you comfortably eat while your team mates are drowning and all the customer’s and your coworkers are giving you dirty looks. I thought it was a thing in food service to not take breaks during peak rushes. Guess that common courtesy isnt utilized here. Read the room. The employees need better management to guide them. The wait time was so bad so many people were asking for refunds or just straight up walking out and the sad part is had that guy not sat on his arse while his team mates struggled and had the two women apologized to anyone for the delay or offered drink upgrades or a free biscuit nobody would have been upset. Poor management and lazy dirty employees. Just throw it all away and start again. Gross. Not eating here again.

This location needs to learn how to treat their customers, I came here twice the first time I ordered and I told them what sauce I wanted and the guy speaking to me told me to just remind him when I get to the window because he’ll forget (if you don’t remember someone’s order maybe this isn’t the job for you) the second time was today and I ordered a meal, came back because I didn’t have a drink and the same guy responded in a smart mouth saying “well if you look on the screen you would see it doesn’t come with a drink” I immediately got a refund just because his tone of voice. I get it it was my fault for not reading it but the response is what made me not want to keep my food. I don’t think someone who doesn’t have manners or knows costumer service should work with people! Maybe work in a factory

Awesome, New Management/Associates, I was craving for something tasty before going back home,, stopped by, Ordered the Nashville hot tenders, Combo #11 cooked to perfection, tossed with special Nashville sauce (blend of fine powder spices and chillies and a dash of oil) sliced dill pickles, pared with a sweet lightning mountain dew, slightly butter flavor biscuit and french fries,, I have to mention that after long time before (and after Covid-19 restrictions) this place is like new beginning,, they keep everything clean and neat,.

The people who work here are the dumbest fast food workers I’ve ever encountered. I live in the area and EVERY single time I go I specifically tell them fries for my side I say it 3 TIMES . I even repeat it for god sakes and have them say it back to me and it never fails they always give me mash potatoes. Never coming here again .

The service, although quick, was absolutely terrible. Went through the drive through to get some chicken little sandwiches (bc they’re easy to eat while driving). Got one of each flavor. The first one (honey mustard) was clearly made using the wrong some chicken (see photo) and was put together terribly. Very sloppy and messy. The second (Nashville hot) had NO hot sauce. The third (smokey BBQ) was the WORST put together sandwich I’ve ever seen. Plain NEGLECTFUL. I couldn’t even GET TO the sandwich without being covered in sauce (see other photo). If you want sloppy, no-effort, but fast food, eat here.

I haven’t had any KFC in years. I only swung by for lunch because of their $5 fill ups, of which I selected the Nashville hot tenders (upcharge) option. They were super crispy, yet juicy. However, I went there with low expectations and even still, the flavor just did not cut it. The tenders tasted like extremely oiled up chicken (’cause they were) with some cayenne and paprika sprinkled and smeared on the breading. I just visited Nashville, and I’m sure Nasvillians would concur that these should be banned everywhere, especially in their state. Asking for a sauce for dipping might have barely helped. The biscuit and mashed potatoes with gravy were decent, and the chocolate chip cookie was edible after I heated it up myself in a toaster oven. I can see why there was no wait in the drive through. On the plus side, service was pretty quick, but I wish the dear lady would have smiled.
