First time here. Went through the drive thru today. Ordered a 2 pc combo and substituted a piece of fish for chicken. I was charged for the meal and had to pay additional for a drink even though it’s supposed to include a drink. My fish and chicken both must have sat for a while because neither looked like they were supposed to and were very touch.

Wow! Had an awesome experience at this LJ Silver’s today! The customer service was outstanding. Zariyah and Heather were super friendly and helpful with my order. Just went through the drive wait time was long and only two cars. No Cole slaw. They were out. I substituted green beans and they gave me one single order for two meals. I requested tartar sauce and malt vinegar. But they didn’t put any condiments in my bag. Worst service! I paid more than what this meal was worth. Not a happy customer.

They got the whole clinic working at this one, wife ordered a 2 piece chicken combo and I ordered 2 grilled fish tacos. Here’s the good part, we receive 2 plates, each plate has one taco, and one piece of meat, one taco is chicken and the other taco is fish, fried not grilled. So we got a fish taco, a chicken taco and a piece of chicken and a piece of fish on top of not having Cole slaw, cheese curds or rice! I knew there would be no use arguing with them because if they’re that incompetent they wouldn’t see the problem, so we just accepted it and left. $30 meal wasted.

This was a simply awful experience. We were inside waiting at the counter when the manager raised his voice at my family telling us his dinning room was closed and we needed to leave. I had my wife 4 year old son and 17 year old autistic son. Who was pretty spooked by the managers action. We were just standing there blindsided. When I told him he was rude and and out of line, while walking out he told me he did not care. I asked who there general manager was. At this time he jerked the door out of my hand and locked it. Something just as simple we are having problems and need to close would have been more than appropriate. I will not be back

We went on September 11 2021 we waited a while to get our food which to wait for good food we didn’t mind nope we were wrong we were missing two sides of macaroni and cheese they forgot my daughter’s drink for her meal and then to top it off when we got home there was hair in the bag from the girl that bagged it up none of them were masks or even gloves I guess some people don’t realize there is a covid pandemic and if this wasn’t bad enough my husband looked into his fish and fries to find an additional hair in his food. This is the worst service I have ever experienced from a restaurant save your money you would be better off making a bologna sandwich at home. One star is one too many I would much rather give them a negative star review. Worst service ever horrible experience will never eat there again
