This place has some of the best burgers in my opinion. I ordered everything through the app (although the app is a little slow), I was able to order everything and redeem my free reward. They made it all correctly, and it was done by the time I got there, food was still warm even after driving back to my job to eat it. Everything was flavorful and the place was pretty clean when I went inside. I visited this location 10-8-22.

Stopped by for lunch. I had the California Style burger, which was good. Have to get a double for the right amount of meat. Fries were ok. Very thin and crunchy. I prefer mine a little bit thicker. Prices are on the high side for burgers, although what you get is probably a step up from McDonald’s or Burger King.

I had placed a mobile order. When I got there, I went to pick it up through the drive through. The employee said I had to come inside to pick up a mobile order. I went inside and waited for a long time for the same employee to pull my order and hand it to me. It was already made. Just sitting there. Don’t know why they couldn’t hand it to me through the drive thru window like every other fast food restaurant.

Love the custard. Fries are good. Burger…eh. Would rather have Wendy’s or Five guys than a Freddy’s burger. Last time I used the app, it was difficult to maneuver and very frustrating. So I tend to just walk in and order at the register. Service is fast and friendly but sometimes Freddy’s is too busy, so I will change dining plans.

Food was fine, I like the shoestring fries. But the floor was sticky and not clean (ketchup spill) and I could see that someone had wiped down the tables, because they had wet looking swirls on them. But they weren’t wet, it was like smeared grease residue, not water. Probably from a dirty cloth or dirty water/solution. Every table was like that. We picked the least yucky one and tried to wipe it down ourselves with napkins. I don’t know how y’all clean, but it’s not working. That was pretty disgusting. Not sure if I’ll be back.
