Disappointing. Ordered a little darker toasted bagel. Just sat down to eat it and it’s not even been toasted at all! And a heaping pile of CC was just placed in the center of the bagel. There was literally no one in line when I ordered it was pretty slow so definitely forgives I could ask for them to extra toast it but to get it open to find it wasn’t toasted at all not only sucks just makes you feel the people working even care about the order. ;(

I usually forget about Dunkin for breakfast but stopped in last week and ordered the new avocado toast with roasted tomatoes. Amazing! So fresh and tasted great! Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Went today and bought 1/2 doz. Old fashioned doughnuts. They are overcooked and hard as a rock! I can get a refund however I don’t get reimbursed for time, gas and wear and tear on my car to drive back 15 miles to get the refund. I am so disappointed in this particular store ( Lincolnton NC) the quality the last several times has been awful! I will say the staff is always very courteous.

I’ve been to this location a few times since they have remolded and will have to say I’m disappointed in their service. My orders have been missing several items that I’m charged for. I will hold up the drive thru line to start checking my bag from now on insuring everything is correct.

I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. Found out Evan doesn’t work at this Dunkin anymore. He was my favorite worker! Always got my order ready as soon as he saw my car. Always fresh and with a smile! It’s a shame he doesn’t work there anymore. They have really lost a good worker. I won’t be going back.

The lady that was on the drive through was super sweet so when I got to the window I made sure to ask about her bc she wasn’t the one giving the product or taking the money so I asked the girl at the window to make sure she told her how amazing her energy was through the mic… moments later she came around and it was a pleasure telling her myself…. I love kind people… its rare but don’t stop its a super power (DD better know how lucky they are to have one at this location ) I didn’t get her name but she was maybe late 40s early 50s (please don’t get mad if I’m wrong) dark hair maybe Hispanic but I want to make sure DD knows who they should appreciate having

UNSURE IF ITS A TRAINING ISSUE OR BAD EMPLOYEES BUT. Got to be the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Went 2 time just to give them the benefit of the doubt. And both time the drink was wrong. My wife has went as well and received the wrong drink.

THE BEST DUNKIN AROUND! I literally go to this location almost daily… Always on point, customer service is awesome and the manager is amazing. Very friendly and efficient staff! Fast and accurate service. Some days they only have a few employees and still do a awesome job. I’ve been to other locations and they can’t compete with this one.
