Trashed everything I bought except the rangoons because they were the only thing not so old that it was inedible. Food was Luke warm. I’ve to at least 10 different Panda Express between here and Texas many many times and never have I been giving something so old it should have been thrown away. You guys know as well as I do food safety states you’re supposed to dispose of food that you’ve had sitting out too long.

They stopped making food nearly an hour before closing. I got there at 7:05pm and placed my order in the drive-through, and they didn’t have two of my three selections. I said I was happy to wait, only to be told that the manager said they wouldn’t be cooking any more tonight. What? Then close at 7 and not 8!

Stopped in when they opened at 11:00am but half their serving bowls were empty. Not a staffing issue with a total of 4 – 6 staff in the store. Customers told that it would be another 15 minute wait for all entrees to be ready. At 11:20 they still didn’t have everything prepared. Manager and front staff were the rudest food service personnel I’ve ever seen. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere to eat.

The food was delicious; I am never dissappointed with what I eat at Panda Express, but this is the second time I have had to ask the serving staff to please change their gloves between using the cash register or order station and handling my food. They act mad and treat my request as being unreasonable. Clearly not following safe foodhandling practices.

I ordered and paid on line and received a confirmation that it was ready but when I got there my order was gone. The staff said it happens so they quickly remade my food which was delicious! Too bad they don’t have a better system so the wrong people don’t just take your food that has already been paid for, I feel this drives up the prices for everyone.

The food is definitely not the same since they left the Hickory Point Mall! First time at new location food was burnt tasting and dry. Spoke to the assistant manager and she said there has been many complaints.

Over priced, Burnt cold egg rolls, portions were tiny, almost like it was a joke and someone gave me the last bit of crispy pieces from the pan. Got a plate and literally got a tablespoon serving of each thing.
