Absolutely awful. I was charged for a large coffee when they gave me a medium (that too was terrible tasting and burned), 4 hashbrown bites in an entire bag, and decided I needed egg on my sandwich after repeatedly stating no egg. The bread on it was also hard as a rock. Then they conventionally “forgot” my receipt so I couldn’t get a refund/replacement for my meal. Place is gross looking even from the drive through and I hate to be this person but the English of every staff member was almost unintelligible. I was charged almost $17 for gods know what because their screen is also broken and I received no receipt in my bag. Absolutely fuming.

A group of 8 of us went in at 7:30am on a Friday morning, there was 2 workers and they did not turn away from the drive thru to acknowledge us for 10 minutes. Once they did it was another 5-10 minutes until they took our order and they messed up 3 of our drink orders. We got our drinks 10 minutes after that. 2 more workers came in at 8am. Everyone had ordered food, but their monitor for food orders wasn’t even on. When they turned it on after 45 minutes of us being there, there was over 15 food orders to be done. While we were still waiting, almost an hour now, 2 of the 4 workers were around the corner on their phones. We ended up leaving after an hour of waiting with only half of our group having received their full order. Don’t go during morning rush. Unless you don mind waiting forever.

This is a terribly run business. If not a total scam. Say they cannot make lattes. Latte must be in the top three most frequently ordered drink from a coffee shop. We ordered two. They charged us for them. Then at the window said they cannot make them hot. Only cold. So we said give us our money back. Instead they gave us $4 off which is the cost of black coffee not lattes. When we argued that the price was wrong they told us to pull around. We said no correct it now. We waited 20 minutes in line these others can wait as well. To add insult to injury they mismade our kid’s juice drinks and added coconut milk or something. At least they liked them. 4 out of 4 wrong though.

First time ordering a breakfast sandwich. It came with cheese and bacon and the egg was MIA? Of course I’m driving and find this out. Not happy. But what I did get was ok. Window person very nice. Can’t rate atmosphere as I didn’t go in.

I went in to use my rewards (free sandwich w/purchase of med or large drink) and I could barely understand the cashier; then the other guy came over and he stated I had to purchase the sandwich! When he finally understand and scanned my rewards, I got my medium drink that was not all the way filled up! I waited at least 7 minutes for my sandwich that the 1st guy wanted to charge me for because he likely didn’t understand me!!!!! Worst order there EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever experienced. The wait at the drive-thru is easily 20+ minutes no matter the time or day you go. The employees are extremely rude and barely look at you or communicate when you approach.

Very slow service. I watched while sitting in a long drive thru line as 2 workers sat outside for nearly 20 minutes while I believe only 1 worker was working the store. I had an appointment to make but was hungry so I tried to stop for a quick bite to eat but I had to pull away before I could order or I would have missed/been late to the appointment. Will not try to come back.
