I had the ramen, which is why I went specifically, the noodles are factory made and they are missing much of what make a good ramen… good ramen. The pork is shredded and chashu is not even on the menu. There are no additions to order and the portions is just a bit on the small side. Really just a bit, it needs more noodles. Also an egg is extra when it really should just be part of the dish for an extra $1 or whatever makes it fiscally viable. Now the good stuff the spicy pork broth was surprising good if lacking in umami and there is roasted cabbage leaves that really fills in the overall flavor.

Lovely little place, great staff as well. I got the Spicy Miso ramen and it was fine but everything tasted a bit too done or charred. My plate of sushi was tasty and fresh. Will definitely come back here for their sushi.

Delicious, fresh food in a casual environment. The sushi is fantastic, well prepared and reasonably priced. All the Japanese appetizers are great, we thought the Korean fried chicken was a bit lacking in spice and crunch. Ramen bowls are really good, and quite a large serving, really enough for two if you’re also having sushi.

I absolutely love coming to this place. Sushi has always been my comfort food and this place definitely hits the right spots. The location may not be the best, but the drive is definitely worth it. I was surprised to hear that the owner makes his own ramen noodles, but I can see why after trying the Jin and the Nanban. 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants good quality sushi or ramen.

The sushi is fresh and absolutely delicious! We love getting the bento box and feel that is a great value for the amount of food you get! The bento box is also a great way to go if you want to try a little bit of everything. The service is good and there always seems to be busy with people dining in and takeout orders! The atmosphere is nothing special, but I don’t really care about that because the food is great! I would highly recommend Jin!

We stopped in for a late lunch on a recommendation from a local and everything was delicious. The atmosphere was clean light and airy with Cafe style tables and cute soy sauce pottery with interesting decor. We had the cauliflower pop appetizer which was phenomenal. It was sweet, spicy, crunchy, hot and fresh. Then we sampled several of their Maki. All were fresh and delicious and well made. Their Maine roll in particular made me think that was what a California roll should be. Service was fast polite and efficient. We realized only as we were leaving that they had technically closed shortly after we arrived and we wouldn’t have known, as we were treated politely and no one rushed us. Overall it was a great dining experience and we will go back.
