I believe the person at the drive through was having a conversation while taking my order and I had to correct them at least six times. It took 40 minutes to get my food and I had to ask twice for the employee to grab everything that I ordered and paid for. I waited an additional 15 minutes for them to finish my order after they said it was complete. When I got home I realized that they had messed up my order even more and I did not get the same food that I ordered/was on my receipt. I understand that it was about 5:30 (dinner rush), but the amount of time it took and the amount of errors in all parts of the situation (ordering AND receiving food) was absurd.

Had no problems ordering or going thru drive thru. However, I had to wait while they cooked my food and when I was brought the bag, they forgot my fries. I pulled around to go inside and waved someone down. The person proceeded to hide behind a corner as if I couldn’t see them. So I said “excuse me!” And they said “what!?” (In a rude tone). As they got me my missing items I heard the individual say “I have other stuff to do besides getting someone their missing fries”. Just rude and disrespectful to say that so the customer you are helping can hear you.

Nuggets we’re hard enough to tear the roof of my mouth. Burger had next to no sauce on it. I don’t know what McDonald’s has done with the sweet tea but it’s pretty bad when you have to water it down because it to sweet! This is usually a good mcds but not this time.

It’s McDonald’s food, you know how it is. The lobby/dinning area was a mess though. And the staff was slow and unpleasant. Our order was just 1 McDouble and 2 McChickens it took nearly 10 minutes. On top of that we could hear the kitchen staff arguing from our table.
