I waited on my food over an hour. I spoke to manager. (Autumn) She was very rude. She said she only had one driver and the app wasn’t accurate and then I said ok can you call driver or call me and let me know what time he coming. She dodged the question. She sounds inexperienced with customers. She kept saying she is manager good where is my food? I told her just give my money back with her attitude she said 7 to 10 business days.I don’t want the food she said she already touched it. I ll never order at Dominos again. May be why she don’t have no drivers because of her attitude!!!! And she still haven’t sent my recipet.

Never received order. The driver Arial was unsure of the address so I waited outside. Never showed up. Arial claimed she delivered it to the right address and refused to refund or remake order. She claimed she set it on a metal chair on my porch. I do not have a metal chair on my porch, I was also outside waiting so I would have been handed an order by a driver. My house number is posted clearly by my porch light and reflectively on my porch. Got an attitude and hung up on me. Must have delivered to the wrong house. Or just lied. The manager was less than helpful and had a snotty attitude as well.

Was better then st.clair. was able to understand what they were saying. Was very polite. Got my food done in a jiffy. Understand the deal that was going on unlike st.clair. when picked up my order they were polite the food was amazing. Thanks you pacific dominos for doing an amazing job tonight.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The delivery driver called and stated he was at my house. When I went outside, he was leaving the house three doors up (I’m assuming it was him) I called and informed them immediately and was told they would look into it. I didn’t hear back so 20 minutes later, I called back. The young man that answered said he was the driver and he delivered it to me. He handed the phone to the manager, who proceeded to argue with me, stating the driver said he talked to me when he delivered it but also asked if the numbers on my house were posted. I made it clear that the numbers are posted and he didn’t deliver my order to my house. She said she’d remake the order. When the order finally arrived, the female delivery driver was quite rude and the food was terrible. I was a good customer, now I will never do business with them again and hope others will do the same.
