I have had their pizzas but never tried anything else but this time I figure me and my husband will try something different. What a mistake. We ordered the baked spaghetti and lasagna. The baked spaghetti was dried out. Where was the sauce?? It was so bad I added water and sliced cheese to make moisture in it. The lasagna on the other hand was drowning g in sauce. Did they double do on the lasagna when it should have gone to the spaghetti??? I was so disappointed. They are literally right down the street from my house in Brandon but I think I will get in my car to drive to another pizza place.

I did an online delivery order and saw the “Jamaican Jerk” pizza. Figured we would try something new, the flavor this pizza had was impeccable. If you’re looking for some heat, this pizza delivers the punches. I have no complaints about the pie, and I will definitely be ordering it in the future. Great delivery time as well.

The Kingsway Westshore is absolutely awful. I agree with the prior reviews. The Philly Cheese Steak is not the same! I am paying $10 for a sandwich that does not have enough contents to fill in the sandwich and there was no cheese. The manager has excellent customer service because he could care less. So good for him. Spend your money at a local mom and pop that puts pride into their product. I see your reply. Everyone look at the sandwich. Does that look like a quality sandwich? Where is the pride?

Very disappointed in the miniscule amount of toppings and no communication on delivery. Fifteen minutes late for a luke warm over-priced pizza. I used to love your pizza but the last 2 deliveries were sub-standard, Sadly we will not be repeat customers.

I ordered a double cheese, double pepperoni and sausage pizza. I had 1 puece of pepperoni per slice amd not enough cheese to cover a fourth of the pizza. Worst pizza of my life! I took a picture of this pitifully piece of trash they call pizza. It had dough and res sauce and that’s about it. I wish I could share this picture

I went online to pay with $6.99 coupon.entered code and showed $12.98 so I called pizza in i.told her I had $6.99 pizza coupon.asked for garlic parmesan toppings.when I got there she said total $9.09 I said coupon is $6.99 she said topping is extra.i said if I knew I wouldn’t have gotten it.i took out cash and she said your paying cash I said yes ok total is $8.52..they charge extra for crust topping that no other pizza place

Ordered online for delivery.. I usually pick it up but delivered this time. I ordered a Philly deluxe cheesesteak (only two peppers in it) and I ordered a chicken Philly deluxe toasted with extra mushrooms and cheese but I guess they ran out of chicken because I got a non toasted steak philly. Not what I like but it was expensive for all the items ordered.

I order regularly from a different location and the food is always AMAZING!! The Brandon Kingsway location is awful!! The antipasto salad usually has ham and provolone rolls and salami flowers on top… i got pieces that were barely bigger than a bacos… and ordered and paid for extra mozzarella the wings had barely any sauce and the pizza my fiancé got wasn’t good. The dough was doughy and had no salt!!

We tried this place for the first time tonight. My husband was told 45 mins and we didn’t get our cold food till an hour and a half. Every bit of our food was cold except for the ranch dressing that came with it. not only was the garlic knots cold but they was hard as well. The fried mushrooms was cold and not even fully cooked. Pizza tasted ok even tho it was cold. Mind you we only live less than 2 miles from this location. So this food had to be just sitting out for a while.
