I’m proud of the staff managers shift leaders overall KFC experience the owners did a good job in duly noting in my last review that the restaurant wasn’t open now it is frequently open I was able to sit down the other day for the first time in a year and almost 2 years and I actually got to experience KFC like I did back in 1990 when I first moved here of course it’s different but it’s not like sitting in a restaurant and eating there like before so once again I appreciate everybody that had their hand in keeping this KFC open for the frequent and guess that come through and the drive-thru is actually absolutely fast all everybody to get job

After waiting in line for 15 minutes it was finally our turn to order. We approached the counter and was told “sorry, we’re too busy and are no longer taking orders inside, only the drive thru is open.” If you can’t staff enough employees to handle both drive thru and dining room then close the dining room. Don’t take everyone’s order then decide to close it on the last patron inside. I don’t see this place hanging on much longer.

Ordered just a large Root Beer Freeze at the drive thru. They asked us to stop before the window. We then saw the cashier go outside to the car ahead who was getting ready to turn onto the street and get a cup BACK from them. It was our Root Beer Freeze. My husband didn’t want to say anything and cause a problem but what the hell? That’s gross. How much could that possibly cost the restaurant in ingredients to just remake? I will never go to this location again.

This location has very bad customer service. Rude with attitude. The drive-through doesn’t give a receipt so you don’t know what they charged to your card. They hold you back behind the drive-through window for some odd reason so you can’t see what they do your order. All the windows are blocked, making the store look messy and unnecessarily hidden. Better customer service at other locations, no need to waste your time here.
