I ordered my food on the app was told it’d be ready by 7:13pm. I got there at 7:22 pm and it was chaos…they had a bunch of orders on their screen waiting to be filled, my order wasn’t up and the workers were just making jokes, laughing and could not care less. When I came in to pick up my order a guy was arguing with the manager about what was and wasn’t his job before he walked away. I advised I had an Uber so if my order wasn’t ready I could cancel. The “manager” said he was training & it wasn’t going well and asked the guy in the back to finish making my order. I wish I would have just canceled because I got a Hawaiian fish with a burned top bun assembled with no cheese, a tiny of spread of mayo on half of 1 bun, no tartar sauce and the meat for the Rueben I ordered for someone else was over microwaved, the bread was stale and was inedible. I will never go to that Arby’s again.

I moved into the area and this place is walking distance to my apartment. Had good experiences eating here but they have been undergoing “maintenance” for weeks so I can’t eat inside and I’m not driving to get arbys when i can walk less than five mins to it. I’ll update my review when they let me eat inside instead of locking the doors cause they don’t want to put the effort to serve customers who would like to sit down and eat.

Can’t get orders right if their life depended on it it took 3 different wrong bags of food before they finally got it correct and gave me the order that I had given them and it was as simple of an order as I ever could give them 4 classic roast beef sandwiches and a 4 peice cheese stick unfortunately 3rd time wasn’t the charm the 4th try was check your bags before you pull away from the drive through window pretty pathetic and these workers want paid more when they can’t do the job right in the first place sad sad world these days

They are either waay under staffed or wasn’t listening or cared about my order. Wanted 2 for 5 fish with cheddar. This is what they gave me. One without the cheese & plain. The other, well look at the for of cheese they gave me. Was disappointing & really wanted to try this sandwich.

Ordered a buffalo snacker on 5/25/19 I received a chicken strip plain no sauce but on the box. location is swissvale and this is more the reason why I’m starting to hate fast food if that’s what you should even call it. Won’t be back to this location no time soon

I am here to inspect a rental property I recently invested in Swissvale PA. Quiet neighborhood. I ordered loaded Italian Combo, food really good. I spilled my fries and burger. The service person called Adam insisted giving me another one for free. This moved me a lot. I am taking flight tomorrow back to the Bay area and I would come over here again.

I got a sandwich weeks ago that had onions on it and the manager at the time said when I come back he will take care of it. Today the general manager was there, told her the back story, she trusted me and not only did she replace my sandwich but also the additional items I ordered, I was not charged for. Now that is what I call great customer service! Arby’s in Swissvale keep up the great work!
