Store was very dirty, worker was very unprofessional and argued about the 2 for 5 menu. Barely got any hot fudge on my sundae. She took fries from one table where people were eating and took to another table where they didn’t get their fries. Never have I seen an employee have this attitude. Will travel to other DQ, will be hard to go there again in Manchester Iowa.

It took a little longer than expected to get our food but it was good. The person working the counter clearly didn’t like her job. No smile, no welcoming greeting. When she delivered the food to the table next to where I was she kind of tossed the tray to the couple and didn’t say a word…did the same to me and my daughter. She definitely needs to take How To Greet and Treat Customers 101 Class!

Cashier (Vance) was very rude. He would not give me a drink with my meal after I had asked for one. I took a water cup and got tea in that and he yelled at me for it and went to grab the cup from me but did not take it. He stared at me the whole time I ate and noticed he was very rude to the other customers that came in as well. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I would rate this place a 0 if it was possible. I cannot believe this place. I paid for a drink and figured obviously I could whatever I wanted from the fountain. So I got a pink lemonade. We later order food and when David, the manager brings it out he sees my drink and says that is only for water. Then what did i pay for? He proceeded to reach over me and take it, splashing the lemonade all over my white shirt, even though it was already almost gone. He took it, dumped it out, and filled it up with water and brought it back spilling more water on the table. I find that unnecessary and rude. I would not reccomend this place to anybody, the service absolutely disgusting and I will not be back. If you want have a horrible experience like me, come when David is working
