I was very disappointed with this location , I used to like coming here, I ordered a sandwich and it came out burnt, so I turned around and asked for a new one and they didn’t have more croissants, and then they didn’t have any more plain bagels.. and this was at 9am… I just wanted to eat a sandwich and I was starving :/

Consistently opens late. Used to be my every day stop before work. Went there this morning 10 minutes after opening for the two workers inside to tell me, thru the locked doors, they didn’t know when they would be opening. Am done going there. Will go to another one in the mornings from now on.

Went here after their remodel hoping they improved. Nope. Somehow they got worse. Pulled up to the drive thru and stated to order a sandwich and was told they were not doing food at that time. What the heck? Just close this location for good, it sucks.

Hit or miss on service or food availability. Most of the staff is pleasant and cheerful even when moving around each other to fill the orders, but every shop has that one or 2 that have that “I don’t care attitude” I ordered 2 medium iced coffees+turbo+mocha regular, I got 2 medium iced coffees+mocha+turbo… No cream&No sugar but I had No Time to go in & correct it and have yet to try stuffed beagle bites, always sold out or just getting delivered and still frozen

I ran out of coffee and had 5 mouths at home hungry for munchkins. The ladies working that morning were pleasant and had a great sense of humor. it gave me a sense of comfort, and the service was on point all the while still being polite, engaged, nothing was missing or wrong, they made my order with no delay or complaints. Out of the immediate area, definitely my favorite DD, Thank You!!!

Worst Dunkin Donut around workers are rude they mess up your order, take forever!! They r so unorganized they take your order for 2 donuts and a muffin and u dont get it even after 3 other people order coffee and dozen of donuts, u have to go up and remind them and they have an attitude and dont apologize!! Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts this morning, ordered bacon avocado toast and it was so burnt it was absolutely inedible. By the time I opened it I was already at work so I couldn’t go back. I worked at a different Dunks location for over 6 years and this is unacceptable. Shame on whoever was working the sandwich station for actually thinking this was ok. I will drive out of my way to a different location before I ever go back there. There is obviously a reason for all the bad reviews this store gets

Why does it take the ovens at this location 2 hours to “warm up”? Seriously, if you open at 4am, you should be able to make a breakfast sandwich by 6am. Every other location is able to start cooking immediately. Not sure why it’s such an issue at this location.

would give less stars if I could!! 11/23/20 I ordered an ice peppermint mocha latte the sandwich pictured below a bagel and 2 orders of hash browns. I received this sandwich and one less order of hash browns than I ordered!!!! and the bagel had cream cheese everywhere but where it should have been. This has happen far to often to keep going back to this location. If I owned this location I would be appalled at the service provided. shame on you!
