Was wanting some spaghetti and meatballs and decided to give this place a chance. Customer Service was not welcoming at all and had no eye contact at all when asked what drink I preferred or when handing us our food. We ordered 2 Baked Spaghetti + Meatballs, 2 salads, and 2 drinks. When we got home, we did not get any meatballs with our spaghetti. Food was ok at best. Will not be returning.

First off good luck finding the place. Its in the back of a bisiness park thats gated of which we had to drive the wrong way through the gate the wrong way after the rude manager made me feel like I was stupid for questioning such a sketchy location. Second, Ive had better food from the Walmart freezer case. We were really disappointed after such a good experience at the Amarillo location. Will definitely not be going back.

One of the best values for fast food now after inflation has ruined others. The employees are actually really nice for this kind of place (particularly the shorter black lady), which says something about the management doing the hiring. Fetuccini alfredo was ok. Chicken parmesan was better but still kind of just ok. There’s some great coupon codes you can use for stuff like $5 off a $10 purchase and so on.

The service and food quality is excellent! They are always so sweet here. The store is always clean and beautifully decorated, the food is always hot and handled well, and they are always so quick to get your order out. Definitely the best fazolis in Austin 🙂
