It used to be great, but has gone downhill over the past year to the point we don’t order from this location anymore. We always order gyros with extra tzatziki on the side and there’s always something wrong. Sometimes the meat is burnt, or the bread, or only 2 peaces of meat, or all the above. They also remember the extra sauce 10% of the time. Very frustrating, go to a different location.

I eat here 2xs a week an the food is always awesome amazing …today on the other hand 7-17-23 wuz the most horrible burnt spicy garlic parm wings…so burnt their wuz no meat left…then had a lamb & beef gyro an that wuz burnt to a crisp…one women in their screaming at the other employees…if I was the owner everyone that worked this evening would be fired sorry for that bad rating this evening guys but horrible food an service

Got a meatball sub today from Cal’z. The tall guy Marcus is always getting my food done in a timely manner. His customer service is great too. One time I came there not knowing what to order and he recommended a meatball sub. 10/10 would recommend. Food is superb.. If you guys don’t give him a raise or his own franchise, I’m not coming back lol. All jokes aside though, he’s a great guy and everytime I come in there he’s working hard.

I have been coming to cals since the late 80s with my late father. Growing up here was a blessing because of this place. There food brought my family together more and we have stayed connected over the years. Never underestimate what a recipe can do, it can hold love together. Please try this place and get the original cal sauce wings. Thank you all for what you do. I’m Lekiesha now living in beaufort sc. My family still live in norfolk off norview exit and we visit.

We go to Cal’z at least once a week. The pizza is fantastic, the prices are good, and the service is spectacular. If you’re eating Pizza Hut or Papa John’s, you’re doing it wrong! You can see how much care and attention was put into this pizza here!
