Went here. Nothing was cooked thoroughly. My fish was soft & pink. Gizzard were gummy & undercooked. The fries weren’t even cooked. Then I didn’t get my coleslaw. Horrible waste of $35. 1 star is the lowest that’s allowed …. they deserve negative stars!!

I’ve been to the location off Vermont St and their the best in comparison to this location. I asked for bbq sauce to b placed on the chicken but it wasn’t. The chicken was subpar. Tasted pretty old. It seems every location tastes different which comes off as inconsistent. I won’t b returning to this location.

Very good but I got $2 less change then my receipt showed and when I brought it to the cashier’s attention she said oh because we requested our 5 piece to be all thighs it was an extra $2 yet that was not reflected on my receipt… Chicken was good fresh and delicious.. however if sharks expects tips they need a jar, not an excuse to short you outright

Ordered a 100 piece of mixed chicken with French fries no lemon pepper on the chicken for my grand daughter birthday party and they added lemon pepper anyway and the chicken was over cooked but the French fries was fine .The customer service was good they just need to pay better attention to their orders and the food .
