The Hut was not out Pizza’d tonight!!! If you’ve not Dined IN at the Kannapolis Pizza Hit you’re missing out. Loved being able to see all the ingredients & pizza being put together. We ordered a large Pepperoni Pan Pizza & chicken Caesar Salad. Cooks brought out dough not frozen & slightly risen put together quickly & into oven all in plain sight. Shortly after seating huge beautiful Caesar salad came in large white bowl. Then the main course pizza perfectly cooked steaming hot with pillows of dough with crisp edges and thin crisp pepperoni near pizza perfection. After coupe shakes of table pepper flake, grated Parmesan cheese, & warm marinara sauce it’s a meal very hard to beat. This location also featured awesome TVs with all the good channels on & classic simple Hut decor here and there. This particular evening we received fresh hot brownie a great ending!

I placed my order online. It didn’t take payment so I ran the order again. It finally accepted payment so I called the store to make sure it didn’t run the order twice and charge both times. The manager I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude and short with me saying they didn’t do delivery to my address which is literally only 6 miles away from me. When I explained that they had indeed delivered to my address before and the apartments across the street as well she snapped off at me and said she “didn’t have time to argue with me” and hung up on me. No one was arguing with her just wondering why they no longer delivered to me when just two weeks ago they did. She stated she would refund my money but has yet to do so. I would order from anyone but them any more and after her rude tone I’ll let everyone know this franchise isn’t good I’m also calling corporate office and filing a complaint

Worse pizza we have ever had! The hand tossed pizza had big holes in crust and ripped when I picked a piece up. Cheese didn’t even cover the pizza. The pizza was horrible!! The cheese breadsticks were not even cut, it was just one big breadstick.

I’ve read all these reviews and I think most are from people who do not work retail or food service jobs. Imagine trying to get any kind of work done with at least 3 less employees than needed and the ones there have no motivation to do anything. If you fire them the only people waiting to take their place are the exact same. It has been this way since COVID and doesn’t show any sign of getting better. This Pizza Hut has messed up 4 of my orders in a row. I’m still giving them a 5 star review because the manager made it right every single time. She cares about doing a good job but I’m afraid it’s only her and a bunch of people who would rather not be there.

I ordered online for the first time on super bowl sunday. When I arrived at the store 15 minutes before I had asked for my order to be ready, the food was ready and it was nice and hot and when I got home we were all able to enjoy it before the game. When I order from them again, I will be using the online because it was so much easier for me than going by and ordering and then wait pick it up.

Order was delivered an hour late and called 2 x during wait, only to reach a call center. When did it change to where you can’t reach the store by calling personally. Called to complain with minimal help. Worse experience ordering food for delivery ever. Do better Pizza Hut….Do better!!!!
