I ordered a pizza and salad. When I got there and paid for it the counter guy went to a shelf to get it. The cold salad was on top of the hot Pizza box. This is no way to hold items . Salad should of been kept cold like other pizza shops do.

I ordered a pizza and a side of tots at 9:20pm…. called the store are 10 o clock and they said my orders ready but they’re waiting for the driver to get back and it will be another 20-30 mins, do I wanna cancel?
