I ordered my food but when I got home there was no ketchup or Arby’s sauce for my sandwich. This makes everything Bland and nasty tasting. I called the manager and he defended the woman saying she always asks if I want sauce. She never asked me and I wondered as I drove away why. Of course the manager backs her side of the story which just continues lousy service

My son waited at drive thru- they asked him to pull up and he waited 20 more minutes/ when no one there he backed up and asked where his food was- we’ll they have to someone else, said they would remake- live very close by and when he came straight home from there my beef and cheddars had a square slice of cheese on, not melted- everything ice cold like they grabbed from refrigerator- Called and they said they would replace tomorrow, we’ll tomorrow came and they acted like he was making it up- NOTHING was given. This has happened so many times in past 4 months that with price of fast food I will take my business elsewhere. Arbys used to be a nice place, sad it’s gone downhill

Wow! Had the 2 for $7 special and the roast beef dip was amazing! Lots of meat, swiss cheese on soft roll with warm au jus on the side. Perfect! Had coffee and it was good as well(senior 50cents). Fries piping hot. Husband didn’t care for the white cheddar mac and cheese… Acquired taste I guess. Overall a great experience.
