I ordered for Delivery. Online it gave me a long wait, but my food showed up early. 🙂 The Mozz sticks were nice and hot, but they were bland. The Mozz sticks and the marinara were flavorless. The marinara was also mostly BIG chunks of tomato instead of actual sauce. The pizzas tasted great. We had a cheese and a Buffalo chicken. The bad part about ordering their pizza online is they force you to choose a sauce (garlic butter or marinara) and you have to pay 75 cents for it…even if you don’t want it. It won’t let you add the pizza to your cart unless you buy a sauce. I should have had 3 marinara sauces (mozz sticks + 2 pizzas) but they only gave me 2. Their food is actually pretty pricey compared to others, so being forced to pay 75 cents for something we didn’t even want sucks. And it sucks more when you don’t even receive it. While their pizza is pretty good, there’s a lot of crust taking up space where there should be more sauce and cheese and toppings. If I ever order from them again, it’d be for the pizza….but I won’t be ordering the pizza if we’re still forced to purchase a sauce with it.

Ordered online delivery service. Order came 2.5 hours late. I was switched to this location when ordering from the Ricon location. I received burned lukewarm inedible food 30mins before the store closed. Emailed manager, received no response. Poor online service no customer contact. Will not be ordering here again.

We were stopped at a hotel for the night and ordered food for the family. Needles to say it is very overpriced for the quality. Pizza dough was still raw in a lot of spots around the pizza, the box was smashed down into the top of the pizza while being delivered, and the pizza was never even cut. I will never recommend this place to anyone, friends or relatives.

They went to a new system and I have ordered twice from them. The first time my order was delivered to the wrong place and I called to get my food three hours later. Second time I ordered the same large salad only to receive a small salad. Called after placing to voice my concerns of not getting my first order and being told it was delivered, just not to me. This time it only took a little closer to two hours, I think if I ever ordered from here again they may start to figure it out but sadly I’d rather pay doordash fees to ensure I receive my order .

Horrible service, we ordered three pizzas for delivery, waited almost an hour. Door dash app said it was on it’s way however, suddenly it changed to still being prepared. Called the restaurant and they said it was out of they’re delivery range but they had already made the pizza. They never called us to notify us. We called door dash and they said that the restaurant itself notifies door dash to pick up, which they did not. We drove from Greenville to Savannah for the weekend and never ate dinner because they didn’t deliver to our hotel. Never apologized for their mistake. Will never order from here. Our order was over $80
