Rather than wait in line at the drive-thru I went inside. I would have been better off to stay in the drive-thru. They had four employees doing different duties for the drive-thru and one working the register and making the food inside. I’m not a fan but my kids love the timbits.

If drive through is long, don’t be tempted to go inside. Person at the register is super slow while drive through has multiple people slinging out orders. It would’ve been faster than waiting inside for two people in front of me.

Had to stop coming here. Used to be a daily stop for years and I try again every once in awhile for some reason. The staff is always rude, short, and sometimes hostile towards each other. A simple double/double coffee never tastes the same day-to-day.

This location is incapable of getting a drive thru order correct. I place simple orders. Large black coffee and a sausage biscuit. No egg, no cheese yet every time, I get a sausage egg and cheese. How hard is it to slip a single piece of sausage into a biscuit and wrap it?

Second time I’ve gone here and they do not have anything I ordered. I was using a gift card and was told I need to contact corporate to get a refund. Corporate tells me I need to contact the store. Every time I call the store I’m told there’s no manager working. I give up.

I drive for doordash A LOT and the few times I have gotten a order here I have never once been helped without having to speak up and ask someone to take care of my order until today when a lady noticed and seen all the other workers just ignoring me. I will never come here on my own nor accept another doordash for this place. They have the absolute worst service I have ever seen anywhere.
